I’ve been a customer at The Weddings Ring Shop for years. When my grandmother past away I inherited her engagement ring which I had reset. It turned out beautiful! The staff are always so pleasant and nice. Even though it’s been a while, they always remember me when I come in. When my husband and I came here to look at rings, there was no pressure from anyone. They always made us feel important and listened to what we wanted. We found both of our rings here. My engagement ring, and our wedding bands. Now, I need to convince my husband for an upgrade! ;)

We were fortunate to work with Jeanette, who worked with us over the course of 6 or so appointments to find the perfect rings—engagement ring and wedding bands. The process of choosing a ring can be daunting, and there are so many options to choose from, but we were glad to have had the quality service and selection offered by The Wedding Ring Shop. Jeanette took the time to get to know us and guided us through decisions such as how to pair the diamond with the band color and how to choose band materials based on our active lifestyles. Sorry for the late review, but this is it. We were very blessed and thankful to be part of the Wedding Ring Shop. First of all, we are very happy to work with Chanel, she’s the best!!! Very accommodating and patient with our purchased. She took all of our idea on what we wanted & gave us unlimited engagement ring options and she recommended us trying some wedding bands too. We are glad that we found the rings that my fiancé & I loved. She helped us customize it too. The atmosphere in the shop is very nice too, no pressure on picking the rings we had. We are looking forward on working with Chanel and the wedding ring shop in the future.

We had an appointment with Jeanette Hendrickson and we had a wonderful experience. Didn’t expect to find anything but hubby wouldn’t settle for less, he knew if we was going to even look at a diamond ring, it had to be at the wedding ring shop. Jeanette was patient and offered the best service, wanting to understand what we both were looking for. Initially I wanted an oval diamond but hubby said round sparkles more and this ring always does! So many compliments! We went with fire and ice and never regretted it. My fiancé purchased our engagement ring at the Wedding Ring Shop and proposed when I was 8 months pregnant! Once I was less-swollen (haha) and gave birth, we went in and got it resized + a little upgrade! Shout out to Fe, Steph and Chanel!!!! These ladies did an incredible job at helping Josh and I make unique decisions specific to our style when choosing our ring upgrade. Fe has helped us along the way and was very high in communication to give us updates (when our ring would be ready, etc). We are so grateful for the team here. It’s not about what you buy, it’s where you buy! We are always leaving the store with education on diamonds and feeling excited because of the awesome overall atmosphere.

This is the second time I’ve gotten an engagement ring from The Wedding Ring Shop and this experience was even better than the first! When we arrived, we knew exactly which ring we wanted from the Hearts on Fire Collection, the Delight Lady Di ring to be exact (my first ring was the Lady Di so it was time for an upgrade *wink wink*). Fe was our jeweler and she was fabulous! She was warm and friendly and even took the time to get to know us on a personal level. Fe and her coworkers allowed our 4-year-old daughter to get in on the fun and she was able to try on rings to help Mommy and a daddy choose wedding bands. Our daughter had so much fun she keeps asking “when can I get married?!” I was pregnant at the time and Fe knew that there was concerns about pregnancy swelling so she helped me find a fit I was comfortable with. I'm happy to say that I was able to wear the ring for the duration of my pregnancy and 6 months postpartum, it still fits perfectly! When choosing our bands, I went with a Noam Carver band to match the pointed part of my snowflake shaped engagement ring. Everywhere I go people always compliment my rings…they pair beautifully together. Justin went with the Bleu Royale brand for his band and sports band. He absolutely loves his ring and was so excited that he wanted to wear it before the big day. As much as Justin wanted everything to be a surprise, he also wanted me to LOVE the ring I'd be wearing for the rest of my life which is why he asked for my input on everything from the style to the actual center stone diamond itself. Choosing the specific diamond was something that I didn't get to experience the first time around so it definitely made this an even more memorable moment. Fe took the time to show us multiple diamonds of different qualities and we pretty much knew right off the bat which one we liked best. It was exciting comparing the one we selected to the others and still being able to say "yes, this is the one." Fe did a great job coordinating with Justin on getting the ring to him for the proposal without me knowing the details. She also gave him the contact for a complimentary photographer, Jeptha, who was there on the proposal day, hiding in the bushes to capture our special moment. Every time we take our rings in for cleaning and inspection the staff is superb and nothing short of professional. This is THE only place I recommend to friends for their engagement rings! Thank you to Hailley for reminding me to post this review! You guys are amazing! Lots of photos attached to emphasize how this ring looks spectacular in any light setting!

Went in and purchased Diamond solitaire studs for my daughter’s 21st birthday. I strongly recommend making an appointment. Fe is so welcoming and very knowledgeable about diamonds and jewelry in general. She knows my taste and is current with the trends. I never feel pressured with her and she throughly explains the pros/cons of each item and takes the extra time during our appointment. She wrapped my daughters gift beautifully with a special butterfly pendant on the bow. I would 100% recommend seeing Fe at the wedding ring show for your Diamond needs.

Shopping at The Wedding Ring Shop has been an amazing experience! When I first started looking for a ring, I had a very specific idea of what I wanted and ended up ordering a custom ring. After contacting The Wedding Ring Shop, I was quickly reached out to by Helena who has been an absolute pleasure to work with! She (as well as everyone else at the shop) is extremely friendly and easy to work with. Helena took all the notes I gave to her and worked directly with the designer to make the most amazing ring I could have ever asked for! My (now) wife and I worked with Helena for both of our wedding bands as well and everything has gone so smooth. The store itself is very well lit and looks nice, and the staff always offers you water or soda when you're there. They have their own dedicated parking which is very convenient. Overall, I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for any kind of jewelry. The staff are so friendly and easy to work with, the quality of the jewelry is amazing, and the services (cleaning, engraving, warranty, etc.) they provide are great.

My experience at The Wedding Ring Shop was a 10/10, and I would rate it that on here if I could! Getting back from a deployment and only having 2 weeks left on-island, proposing to my girlfriend (now-fiancé!) was a big task. After some plans with another appointment I had that day fell through, I was able to be seen as a walk-in at The Wedding Ring Shop and was almost immediately greeted by one of their sales consultants, Helena. She expertly led me around the store and made sure that the majority of the items that she showed me were within BOTH of my budget/style requirements, not just one or the other. Even the few items that I was shown that fell outside the realm of my desired budget/style were entertaining to be talked to about and shown! Jeanette is amazing! I bought a diamond right hand ring several years ago and Jeanette assisted me in picking out a beautiful piece. We wanted our wedding bands to be a bit more special in terms of where we wanted it from and thought this was definitely the perfect place. We did not make an appointment, but they were so kind enough to accept walk-ins. Fe assisted us and I am glad she did! She is a great listener. :) My husband was being very particular with what he wanted and she was so patient with him. She asked all the right questions and found us what we wanted. Due to the customization, we were informed it would take about 3 weeks and that it should arrive the week of our wedding. It was super risky but Fe said it will arrive on time and she was right! Our diamond consultant (Fe) at the wedding ring shop reached out to me fairly quickly when I contacted about the price for a specific design. She even went as far as informing me of the diamond expo which prompted my partner and I to quickly set up an appointment and pick out a diamond that was nice and affordable. While we were only able to come in very late in the afternoon due to our work schedules, Fe was one of the last consultants to leave for the day so she could carefully explain the details of the crafting of the ring, how long it would take, and so on. She took the time to explain every aspect of maintenance and since we’d be moving to WA in the next year, she explained the process is getting the ring cleaned and fixed there if we ever need to do so. We never felt rushed and were very thankful she stayed back past business hours to answer our questions and make sure we had everything we needed for when my partner picks up the ring.

We've worked with Jeanette twice now. The first time my engagement ring (not purchased from The Wedding Ring Shop) broke and we took it in to have it repaired. After a whole adventure learning about the heat tolerance of stones, we are able to have my diamond send in a new band and we were able to save the engagement ring as the wedding band. Jeanette was amazing through this whole experience and we were able to create a set that looks great together without having to get two whole new rings. I was referred by a former diamond consultant of the shop. The diamond consultant, Fe, was easy to work with. Prior to my first visit, I contacted Fe through email with a few questions and she responded quickly. It made my first physical meeting with her at the shop an ease as she had some background information of the engagement ring I planned on getting. She went over the cuts and the grading of a diamond. After the first meet, I was hooked on with the type of setting. The only thing needed to be done was looking for the perfect diamond with the budget I had. We then communicated via email trying to find the perfect diamond. I was invited back to the shop to view the diamonds that were discussed through email and I got to choose from them. Sure enough, we found the diamond. I purchased the diamond and the setting and was given 5 weeks for the engagement ring to be ready. 5 weeks later, I was able to pick up the engagement ring and was speechless. The ring was everything that I imagined it to be. As a bonus, I purchased the ring during an event where I also received a Yeti cooler. I did not know what I was getting myself into when purchasing the ring but Fe made it easy. There was never a time that I felt pressured throughout this buying experience. Her customer service was above and beyond. Thank you Fe for being an awesome diamond consultant! My fiancee and I should be back to purchase our wedding bands. See ya then!

Our experience at the Wedding Ring Shop was amazing. We were a little nervous when we first parked because we didn't know how our ring shopping experience would go. It was only our second time browsing for engagement rings. When we first entered, we were delightfully greeted by the door man who showed us upstairs. It's a beautiful shop with such a positive energy. Shirley greeted us within seconds of seeing us. She got some contact information from us and then asked a few questions about what we were looking for. I told her I saw some ideas from the website and wanted to check those out but also wanted to just browse for a little. She showed us to the cases and gave us a few minutes to browse and soak it all in. Just as we finished looking at a few cases, she approached us with such warming vibes. I showed her a few ideas and she took us to the designers cases. I gave her a few style preferences and she started taking rings out and putting them on my fingers to get an idea of what I liked and didn't like. She stayed in the range of what I preferred but also gave us a few alternative options. It turned out that everything I thought I wanted, I didn't like. My boyfriend and I ended up loving the same exact ring as soon as she put it on my finger. I was stuck between two similar but different rings and she wasn't pushy about what I loved about them and what I didn't love about them. She did ask these questions however, to see if maybe she could combine some things to make it the perfect ring. After getting many angles of how the ring looked on my hand, we ended up deciding on the setting that I first loved. She gave me options of metal type, she sized my finger, showed us bands that could possible go with this ring and gave us an overall great experience. Later, she asked us our price range and had us sit near the diamond section as she chose diamonds that were beautiful and in our price range. She carefully explained the 4C's in a way both my boyfriend and I could understand. She gave us some smart shopper advice about the clarity, cuts and color. She found us a diamond that had much better qualities and carat than I expected we could get in our price range. We couldn't turn down a deal on a diamond like that so we ended up getting it. I was so excited but as we got to the money portion of the visit, we got a little nervous again. Shirley was great and explained some options for us, she even helped run a credit check to see if we qualified for a 12 month finance option. We ended up not qualifying because my boyfriend and I didn't have enough credit, however, she gave us life advice on how to build credit responsibly. We felt she truly cared about us and not just about the sale. We never once felt judged about our age, because we are so young, about our financial issues, about our price range or what we loved about certain diamonds and settings. She made us feel comfortable the whole time. She was very patient and always explained things very well to us. Most importantly to me, she never once pressured us into anything. I never felt uncomfortable or like I had to say yes to something I didn't actually want to say yes to. I also loved the fact that she made my boyfriend feel included in every way, if your partner is like mine, and isn't too thrilled about spending the day looking at rings, shopping and figuring out money, The Wedding Ring shop is the place for you. Overall, I am so pleased with the experience we had. The jewelry options they have are phenomenal, the customer service is excellent and so much more. Being my first and last time looking for a ring to propose with there was a lot of pressure to get it right. Laney made me feel comfortable and at ease. This second trip to the shop was even better as Laney had me and my fiancé laughing and giddy not just to get wedding bands but even more so for our wedding altogether. Shopping for rings for myself was a blast because of Laney. Once again she was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Both my Fiancé and I chose our rings, Laney priced it out for us, worked with my budget once again and got us the perfect rings for our ceremony and marriage. I started asking my friends and family even coworkers if they knew any good jewelers I could buy a wedding ring from. I told her which ring I liked and then asked a very hard question. How much?$$ I'm a cook. Im not broke but $$ are a little tight. She took the ring and said "let me check". She came back and told me the price. My day just got even better. The ring was within what I could afford and it was a sparkling beautiful diamond ring. Stephanie asked if I knew her ring size and I said yes a 6. It just so happens that the ring was a 6 and a half so she gave this little thing to put on the ring to keep it tight until she can come and size her self. Which will be free. Long story short. I gave my girl the ring my second day here in Thailand and we both had tears. It was beautiful and so was she. I'm spending 2 more weeks here in Thailand before I come home. I'm going back to Thailand in about 9 months to bring her home and we will be married then. The ring was $1000 less than I had to spend so the extra money will help with our wedding. I know that this was meant to be because everything's fallen into place perfectly. Thank you Stephanie. I'll be there in a few months for the wedding ring. No doubt about that 👍

Walk into any jewelry store and everything looks beautiful.. This place was the same way , but after speaking with Matt I had made my decision before the matter of price was even discussed.. I went to almost all the jewelry stores on Oahu looking for a wedding band for my wife.. I wanted an eternity band and I needed a size 5 ( I thought anyway).. Every other place was like "yeah, lets get something on order for you .. Estimated pick up date and price will be .. Blah, blah, blah..." Matt told me "look man, I know you want to surprise her but with eternity bands you have no room for error".. I couldn't borrow her fake ring without ruining the surprise and there were no other rings I could swipe and take to the store for sizing so he said " you may want to seriously think about bringing her in and just let us take care of her"... I appreciated that.. So I made the trip to the store the surprise, introduced her to Matt, and after about 3 hours ( my wife had a blast trying on everything in the store and Matt was very helpful and patient) we made our decision... I t was a great experience.. I couldn't be happier.. Oh, as far as price goes, they also had the best deals in case yall were wondering... HIGHLY RECOMMEND The Wedding Ring Shop! Fantastic place for all of your jewelry needs! A small diamond fell out of my engagement ring (not their fault!), but we moved to the Mainland earlier in the year. Within hours of calling them, they had sent me a shipping label to send it back for replacing the diamond and cleaning/doing standard maintenance (tightening/etc) on the ring - all at no charge. They also sent me a list of retailers within 50 miles of my home for future cleanings, tightening, etc. I love the Wedding Ring Shop, especially Lorah who went - and always goes - above and beyond. This will take a little while to read, but I want to stress the importance of a great experience when it comes to shopping for the one you love. Being one of the most important things I’ll ever buy, I really wanted to do my research before starting to shop for an engagement ring, while also staying within a really conservative budget. My now fiancé and I both like to travel, and want to spend our beginning years going to different countries. This lead me to a budget under $1,000. My coworkers laughed at me when I said I set up an appointment at The Wedding Ring Shop with that amount, but they were absolutely incredible from before I even got there! Just through text alone, Lorah Ashley was excited to be a part of my love story, and started looking through their selection right away. When I got there, they had two diamonds, a few bands, and a few preset rings waiting for me with a glass of Prosecco. She sat me down with Tam, and we went over the shop’s history, diamond quality, and my fiancé’s overall style. The experience alone is of high importance to me because I wanted this ring to be born from love before it got to her finger. You could really feel that they genuinely wanted to be a part of this huge milestone in your life, and would treat you with the most endearing and welcoming respect, regardless if you were going to spend $1,000 or $10,000. Being a part of the WRS makes you feel like you’re part of something much bigger than just picking out a ring. I’m personally not a huge diamond guy, but man, the quality of their diamonds changed that immediately! Haha It really is breathtaking! I decided to move my proposal date to about a week from the day of my appointment with them, and they were extremely accommodating with rushing the whole process get everything set up in time. Now, I do want to say that I had to do my due diligence, and shop around. I’m glad I did, because it made me certain that I wanted to be a part of WRS. I won’t mention the names of the other shops, but I had completely different experiences. They involved really uncomfortable saleswomen who you could tell just didn’t care about you, and subpar diamonds. WRS also has a great trade-in program for down the road when you’re ready to upgrade! That’s exactly what I wanted, so we can celebrate our 5-10-20 year anniversaries with new rings. I say WRS is your absolute best option, hands down! I truly cannot thank Lorah Ashley and Tam enough for being such a vital team effort in my journey to marrying the love of my life!

The quantity and quality of the diamonds are amazing, but hands down the experience, that can be overwhelming, was a breeze thanks to the wonderful staff there. Tam Plong went above and beyond to ensure I got the right ring for my wife. Tam did an outstanding job when he first contacted me about my wedding ring. He told me that they needed to get it repaired. When he told me it was gonna be expensive to repair it.
