My mother’s 50 year old Hawaiian Heirloom engraved ring with her name in black enamel was so worn out from me wearing it constantly for so many years. I found Honolulu Jewelry Company online when searching for places to repair and restore these beautiful pieces. Being from NY, I was nervous to ship it so far away, but HJCo. took great care of the ring. Janelle at HJCo. was so sweet and helpful. The ring came back and looked amazing! I 100% recommend Honolulu jewelry company to anyone looking to repair or restore a piece of jewelry to look like new!

The quality of the designs, as well as the medium-weight bracelets (my personal preference) offered by Honolulu Jewelry Company is excellent, and I am very much looking forward to the delivery of my custom bracelet. I worked with Katelyn B, and she was everything a consumer could hope for -and more- in a customer service representative. She knowledgeable, responsive and kind, and I sent a LOT of emails, as I consider this to be a major purchase. This is likely my last purchase of, well, any jewelry, to be honest. That said, if I ever DO purchase another Hawaiian Heirloom piece, I will look forward to working with Honolulu Jewelry Company and Katelyn again.

I visited the store today for the first time to get a Hawaiian bracelet re-enameled. Kacie provided EXCELLENT customer service & was very patient, helpful & addressed all my concerns, including future orders. I called after leaving because I thought I had dropped my beaded bracelet while there. She went out of her way to look in the shop & the parking lot, then called me back!! I highly recommend this shop ! Ask for Kacie! The jewelry is also beautiful there!!

Three years ago I ordered a 14K yellow gold rope chain, 24 inches, 1mm, and wore it continuously with a lightweight pendant. I seldom needed to open the clasp because at 24 inches I could just pull it on and off over my head. So it was a shock to find that, in its fourth year, the spring inside the clasp suddenly broke. I emailed the company, asking only, “Please advise.” Their response was to ask that I mail it to them, and they would send me a one-time replacement, which they have done. Only later did I notice that their jewelry comes with a lifetime guarantee, which they certainly honored. So it is without hesitation that I say that Honolulu Jewelry is a reputable company with outstanding customer service. I am delighted beyond words, and I look forward to ordering more from them in the future.

This is truly an exceptional company that reflects the beauty of the Hawaiian culture. I purchased two necklaces for a very special person in my life to wear every day. I had called Honolulu Jewelry Company and was advised that they would be quite suitable for every day wear. Now over two years later, one of the necklaces broke. I called the Honolulu Jewelry Company and was asked to send the necklace back. They found it could not be repaired and sent out a one time replacement. Who does that? This is the most consumer friendly jewelry company I have encountered. Honolulu Jewelry Company offers excellent customer service and beautiful jewelry.

GREAT experience - Went over the top to help me get a birthday gift to my daughter. Set the stone, lovingly wrapped and printed a card with text I emailed (I live out of the country, my daughter is in college in Honolulu). Video taped my daughter entering the store, opening it and putting it on (and emailed it to me). Special shout out to Janelle who went above and beyond to help a Mom far away make sure a special daughter on a special birthday was taken care of (She LOVEs her pendant). Thank you!

Jewelry is abundant on the island but high quality jewelry is not. This company makes all of their pieces locally and many are custom for the buyer. The pieces are not cheap but you get what you pay for. If it's a custom piece, don't expect to walk out with it, it will take a couple of weeks before it's ready for pickup or shipping.

STEVEN was FANTASTIC! I'm a Local Hawai'i girl living in the mainland after going to college up in AZ. We were trying to find a place to engrave a name on the outside of a ring we already had. We were told by one company that they could only engrave the inside of the band. We came here and they said they had never done that before but would try laser engraving the outside. It turned out fantastic! I highly recommend this place for your jewelry needs.
