My husband and I purchased our engagement/wedding rings from Bauble and it was such a wonderful experience! Erica helped us from start to finish with each ring. She even went out of her way to order in a few options for my engagement ring as I had a specific style in mind. We then had to customize a wedding band to fit within my ring and I LOVE how it looks together! My husbands ring is perfectly him and doesn’t look too traditional. We will continue to buy all of our jewelry here just like the rest of his family does. Thank you!

I worked with Sandy, Trina, and Sarah to redesign one ring and design a second ring. Sandy and Trina were VERY patient with all of my questions, emails, and visits, spent A LOT of time with me discussing ideas and options, gave suggestions and advice about designs, and helped me figure out just the right thing. The CAD designer Erin turned the ideas into wonderful 3D representations, and the head jeweler Sarah did an amazing job turning the representations into reality. The first ring was discussed primarily via email, the design was extremely detailed, and it turned out beautifully. When the second custom ring was finished, I asked to have some things changed about it, and Sarah was very understanding and happy to make the alterations so that everything was just the way I envisioned it. That ring turned out beautifully as well. I am incredibly picky about my jewelry, and I can easily say that both rings they did for me are stunning!

I snapped my necklace in a way that I thought would be irreparable, so I brought it in anticipating I'd need to replace the chain. They took one look at it and said no problem we can fix this, it'll be done in a few days. I love that they didn't just go for the sale I was very prepared to make. Instead they took care of me with my own benefit in mind and when I got my necklace back they'd even cleaned it. I don't wear a ton of jewelry but I'll definitely be going here first when a need arises.

I had a necklace and matching earrings that my mom and late father bought me for my wedding jewelry. I accidentally threw out the necklace when I cleaned my purse out years ago. I was devastated to say the least. Even though I knew it was a rare set (the jewelry maker had passed), I looked online for YEARS to find a similar necklace without any luck. I even posted pleas for someone to sell me theirs if they had the same or similar necklace. It is truly one of a kind! I brought the earrings to Bauble and they were able to make an exact replica of the necklace so I had a matching set again and they did a FABULOUS job! I am ELATED! I would post pics but I want to keep this sacred and the only one of its kind. I’ve had 2 wonderful experiences with this jeweler. I would dissuade you from going to the mall for your engagement ring. I did, and didn’t get the kind of professional attention I realized only later that I had expected. I had a beautiful old diamond from my grandmother, and was not impressed by the settings available at any mall jeweler. I couldn’t afford the nicer jewelers we visited downtown GR. I settled on a setting from the mall. 4 months later, the diamond was loose. I didn’t want to go back to the mall, and had seen the Bauble Patch on my way home. I am SO glad I stopped in. The staff was patient and seemed excited to help me find a new setting. I decided to just replace the head, the part that holds the diamond. They showed me dozens of settings, and we picked one that was the best for my diamond. They were so knowledgeable on what style would work best for my diamond. When my ring was ready, it was perfect. They had also cleaned it and had smoothed out a spot that had been a little rough. Finally, I had my dream ring. I only wish we had started here! Last week, I went in to have the ring resized. Again, the staff was so helpful, and I knew they would do a great job. With jewelers working right there in front of you, you can see the care they give each piece. Honestly, unless you’re just totally rich and want to go to a really high end place, I feel like this is the place. They are so professional but the pricing and atmosphere is down to earth. If you’re in the GR area, this is the spot.

HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND I had a not so great experience at a 'big box jewelry store'. I had made an appointment at 5:30 and waited over two weeks to see them... just to be told that they wouldn't work on my ring! I didn't know what to do. Everything was either closed or closing within minutes. I then remembered that my brother-in-law had told me about a very similar experience and he ended up going to Bauble Patch Jewelers and it was amazing. So I quickly ran to Google and called them. They were more then willing to stay open the extra little bit so that I could rush over and drop my ring off!! I purchased an engagement ring and a wedding band set from a different store. The ring turned out to have a crack in it, and both rings had to be resized down to about half their size. And they were vintage rings from the 30's so they needed a nice polish too. I took in to a chain jewelry store and after waiting 3 weeks for an estimate to do the work, they give me an insane price of $1,200 to repair and resize. I finally bring my ring to the Bauble Patch and they made things so much better. They had terrific customer service. They were super reasonably priced. And they did an astonishing job with the rings. Outstanding, reasonably priced, personal service. This is the 1st time I have used Bauble Patch. A diamond fell out of my mom’s ring (my mom passed 14 years ago, and I wear her ring every day.). Erika determined I needed 12 prongs replaced and the backside of the ring needed to be built back up. It is a substatisl ring and was exquisitely designed. The old gal needed a facelift. The 1sr step was rebuilding the 12 prongs and adding a ridge to the back. I was contacted a day earlier than expected to come in and review the work. Their jeweler had done an outstanding job. Next was sizing. I was contacted the ring was ready two days prior to the promised date. The ring looks the best ever. Lots of work done well and prior to promised completion. I will have all my work done there!

Purchased a guard for wedding ring set for anniversary gift. Assured by staff their in house jewler could attach to existing set with an charge. I also was advised prongs should be fixed due to age of ring and wear noted, again for a small fee. Ring was ready for pick when promised. Visually ring was unbalanced with one side of new guard lower than other which caused the ring to be uncomfortable to wear. Ring was brought back to store and I explained to sales person how this did not appear to have been correctly connected for lack of better words. I had no fee associated with this adjustment. 1 week later I have my wedding ring set back. Guards appear to now be evenly placed on sides of origional set in both height and depth. Much better visually. Thank you Bauble Patch for correcting the error. I wish it was correctly placed and soldered initially.

Got off to a negative start when bringing a USMC crucible coin in for engraving 2 weeks prior to Christmas. Was quoted an extra $20 if I wanted item in time for the holiday. Seeing the engraving machine beside the check out sitting idle, and knowing the amount of time required to engrave the name and date onto a Marine's coin, I decided NOT to pay the premium (would rather have a service person's gift arrive late than be swindled).
