Cassio Creations custom made my engagement ring for my now fiancé with family diamonds. The ring is the most beautiful ring I have ever seen, and I cannot thank Michelle, Shannon, and Craig enough. Recently worked with Cassio Creations to get a new outer bezel on my discontinued Tag Hauer installed. Many shops would have refused the work entirely since I had not only sourced the part but attempted to apply it myself. I appreciated that Cassio and their external watchmaker were willing to accept what I provided and do the work. It ended up that the part I sourced was defective and couldn’t be properly applied to the watch. This was fully my fault as I supplied the part. Instead of blaming me for this and cutting ties, Cassio kindly offered a refund for the work. They also took the time to broker an inventive solution to my problem that I ended up accepting in lieu of a refund. The watchmaker was able to securely bond the bezel to the watch at no added expense, saving me from having to internationally source and purchase another expensive replacement part. I really appreciated the time and effort Cassio took to solve a problem I created as well as their kindness in not blaming me for it. I’ve chosen 5 stars due to the unconventional nature of my situation and their eagerness to make it right. In the future, I hope Cassio can get more frequent and specific status updates from the watchmaker during very long turnaround times like mine. I also felt that the overall cost for the work done was about double what I would have expected for such a simple repair, especially considering the ultimate outcome was aesthetically correct but not functional as original. That said, Cassio was very communicative with me about the costs, all of which were explicitly approved by me. I’m grateful to Cassio for getting my watch looking great again. Will definitely be back to see the team again soon!

We were referred to Cassio Creations from a family member after being engaged for only 12 days, my original ring that was purchased from a store in the mall started losing small diamonds. This was my first experience with Cassio Creations. I went in to get an estimate on resetting a diamond and to discuss designing a custom ring. The estimate was less expensive than a chain store. The store was busy when I went in, however, Craig, the owner, waited on me with undivided attention. He was pleasant and offered me pros, cons, and materials education regarding designing the ring I had in mind. I ended up spending less than $200 with him, however, I felt like he treated me with the same eagerness, patience, and friendliness should I have been shopping for a Rolex. I would recommend going to this family owned business where the owner is the jeweler and is passionate and expert about his craft.

I had a simple item to be engraved and the staff at the Hughes Landing store went out their way to make it happen. I picked up the item today (Saturday August 20) and it was exactly what I had imagined. They even found a box, adding tissue and gift wrapped it at no extra charge! It’s hard to find good customer service in a day of automation, so it was a pleasure to have a couple of different services performed by the folks at Cassio. They answer their phone. They find answers to your questions quickly, and will do the hard work of research if you have a more difficult challenge or project. They did a restoration on an antique piece of jewelry that we had, for example. But they are equally helpful for simple things like watch battery changes and band replacement. Josh helped me the last couple of times I was in, and he was very professional, helpful, and friendly. It doesn’t hurt at all that there is covered parking and a covered walkway and only a short distance to go from parking to the store on a rainy day. If you’re lucky, you might even be able to parallel park directly in front of the shop. Thumbs up.

I contacted a number of stores in the area and when Craig Cassio answered the phone, he impressed me right from the start. He was friendly, straightforward and very informative. We went in to the store a few days later and were met by their son Josh (it's great to see what a family business this is!). Again, he was very friendly and helpful, answering all our questions and striking that balance between helping and giving us the space to figure out what was best for us. The checked with three different suppliers and got exactly what we wanted and got it here quickly. When I came back to pick the rings up and pay the balance I got to interact with Michelle. Once again... bright, friendly and very helpful. She gave me a number of tips on keeping the rings in top condition and all three congratulated us on the upcoming wedding before I left. Neither watch ⌚ was purchased there (didn't know about this company till today) but didn't matter, they will fix any jewelry and replace batteries if possible! Only took 2 tries for perfect sizing, and my battery was replaced within the same time frame. Pretty AMAZING company, considering it used to take up to a week for a new battery where I purchased it. To top it off, they have a great variety & unique jewelry to browse, try on, and purchase. Prices seemed pretty good, and anyone can shop there. They have GREAT high priced items, but also just as NICE, lower priced jewelry. They will definitely be one of my first visits going forward when I need something NEW OR FIXED!!! We had originally planned to do a custom ring because we couldn't find quite what we were looking for, but after sharing with Cassio our vision, they were able to find something off the shelf that met what we were looking for, saving us time & money! They were extremely patient with us throughout the process and answered all our questions for first time fine jewelry buyers... explaining metal options, strength, and all about diamonds. Cassio also jumped through leaps and bounds to find side stones that matched our center stone we already had. It was a big ask (because of the color of the diamond) & they totally delivered. It's a perfect match. There were multiple items they could have done to save costs & we would have been none the wiser (a microscopic scratch on the bottom of a stone, prongs that were too small) -- but they wanted to make sure everything was right, and openly made us aware of what they recommended - making it right at no charge to us. The price was completely fair (comparing similar places both in person and online), they were very professional, and the experience met all of my dreams! 10 out of 10 absolutely recommend.

After they were done, you can't tell they had to replace the entire bottom half of the ring. The price was reasonable as well. The customer service here is really great I called to get some information and I was greeted by a very friendly and helpful representative. I came to get a replacement band and battery for my watch and pocket watch as-well as get my watch cleaned. My only complaint is that I was quoted 100+ dollars for a cleaning/slight repair on a $150 watch I’m not extremely knowledgeable on watches but I feel paying $100 for a $150 to clean some corrosion and the watch face is just a bit too pricey besides the pricing for the repair/cleaning it was only about $14 to replace the battery in my pocket watch and $37 to order a high quality replacement band for my watch as far as cleaning goes I will be attempting to clean the watch myself I just can’t justify paying $100 for a cleaning on a $150 watch.

Highly recommend Cassio Creations! I took my wife's wedding ring here as we were having issues with losing some of the smaller diamonds from the original design (oval center diamond surrounded by a halo) and were looking to have the entire thing reset. This was my wife's third time to lose some of the diamonds out of the halo, and she was very frustrated. When we arrived at the store, we were greeted by Craig - he took his time listening to our issues and what we were hoping to have done to the ring. He thoroughly inspected my wife's ring and wedding band and discovered two additional issues with our original design that no other jeweler noticed. He walked us through several options and was very patient as my wife took her time to decide what she wanted. My wife decided on a solitaire, and Craig ordered the setting and let her come back a few days later to make sure she was satisfied with design before the diamond was set. I had never heard of Cassio Creations until they moved to their new location on Hughes Landing. I’m SO glad they did! My experience started off by meeting Michelle. I have a necklace with my spouse’s police badge. I wear it at all times, never take it off. Being that it sterling silver it started to turn grey and dulling out. I had tried several things to restore it, but nothing worked. I had asked other Mall jewelers to see if there was anything they could do and all that they would do is put it in a machine to be cleaned, but the dullness and lack of shine remained. So I went in there expecting the same thing. Michelle took my necklace, thoroughly inspected it, and then took it to the back to see what she could do to help me. I waited and looked around at all their beautiful pieces and then finally Michelle came out with my necklace. I was so surprised to see she had taken the time to polish it and restore it to the beautiful shiny badge I remember it once was. I almost cried because it had been years since I seen it like that. At that moment she gained my trust. So I went back to ask if they could solder my wedding and engagement rings together. The price that was quoted to me was reasonable, so nervously I went for it. I’m not materialistic, but my rings and necklace mean a lot to me. So I waited to the estimated finished date and I got the call to pick it up. When I got my rings back OH MY GOSH! They looked SO beautiful! I was so surprised at the fine work they did and how well they took care of my rings! The diamonds had that sparkle like the first day I got my rings and the bands were restored to the clean white gold they once were. What a wonderful jewelry store! Six days ago I dropped off my Seiko Star Wars R2-D2 watch. I wasn’t sure if they would be able to fix it, but not only did they do so, but did so within a week! That may not sound like much, but it is a very limited edition and parts and service can only be gotten from Japan if they are needed. On both occasions I visited, as soon as I entered the store the staff was amazingly friendly and went over the top to be helpful, even researching the watch and calling Seiko in New Jersey for more information. While I was waiting, I was able to see some of the beautiful items of jewelry that they carry, not to mention hearing how helpful and friendly they were toward other customers in the same manner they were to me. These days it can be difficult to find a store that has employees who truly value and appreciate their customers. There is not a doubt in the world that I will absolutely be giving them my business again in the near future!

Custom Pistol Grips. Great craftsmanship and service getting my 1911 grips inlayed with silver pendants. The pieces hold tight and look fantastic. After 5 years of heavy use (on a firearm mind you) one of the welds on the pieces came loss. I brought in the gun and the grips and they fixed them up in no time at all and returned the grips to a condition better than original. They kept very good care of the gun while they held it and obviously went out of their way to provide the best craftsmanship they could. I wouldn’t trust my custom 1911 with anyone else, even a professional gun smith. If you are looking to get your firearm customized, I strongly recommend taking it here.

She introduced me to her in-house jeweler Craig Cassio (her husband). They took the time to educate me and explain the importance of getting an appraisal and gave me the run down on insurance. They have an experienced appraiser come into their store every quarter and if you have a conflict they will personally take your jewlery to the appraiser and bring it back the same day. They are a one stop shop. The store is beautiful and clean. Michelle and Craig are very professional but also kind and personable. If you have ANY jewlery needs/wants they are the people to go see!
