I went to the store today for a ring inspection. While there, I casually mentioned a minor issue I had encountered with Jared Corporate. Beth T. started asking me questions about it and spent 15+ minutes making it right. I was just making conversation and it certainly wasn’t anything that was this stores fault or responsibility. Not only did she work some retail voodoo magic to fix the situation, she then went further and improved it past what I had expected. She also had a great personality and was very honest when I had some other questions. I have all the jewelry I (my wife) need right now but wouldn’t hesitate to buy from her. Nathan, the manager, was wonderful as well. They both were genuinely focused on fixing a problem that wasn’t theirs to begin with. Thank you both!

I was left almost speechless by the care I received here! We bought a ring here in 2017, kept up with inspections and cleanings, but then moved out of state. Due to no Jared's near us, we had to continue upkeep with a local Kay's. Unfortunately about a year ago, my ring broke. After MANY times of sending it in to be repaired, sent away, lost for a period of time with no communication, it was still breaking about every 1-2 months (I'm a teacher, so it isn't as if I'm hard on my jewelry!) When we became fed up and asked for a different solution, Kay's tried to upsell us and tell us that the insurance would cover that amount on a new ring but that we had to purchase one twice that price. In other words, they wanted us to buy a $2800 setting but would only make us pay $1400... Fast forward a few months... I grabbed the broken ring on my way out of the house on the way back to Ohio for a wedding and stopped by Jared's the first full day we were in town. They went above and beyond!! They called several stores, had a new setting shipped overnight from Georgia and are putting my diamond in it and sending it to my door in Illinois. If they couldn't find the exact settings they were going to remake it in-house... Free of charge. I almost cried tears of joy for all they did for us! I am beyond grateful for the care they gave me. I can't wait to be wearing my ring without fear of another break!

By far Jared is the best ! Always a pleasant experience when shopping here. They staff are friendly and helpful. My Fiancé and I were shopping for an engagement and wedding band , and we knew this was the place to come. Polly was very nice and knowledgeable. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for in the diamond color and clarity at a great price!!! Absolutely love my rings ❤️ Beth is wonderful as well, and no one cleans jewelry like her. I came here to find an engagement ring for my now fiancee. I know little about jewelry and even less about shopping for it. I came here because I knew the name and I knew where it was (I'm from the Easton/Westerville area).
I walked in, said I was looking for an engagement ring, and was directed to a very pleasant lady who asked me some questions. I answered them, and the lady walked me over to a spot and pointed out the ring that I bought.
Easy enough lol. I did look at a few others just in case, but to be honest, it was just because I didn't think it should take so little time as it would've taken. Chatted with the store people who seemed genuinely pleasant. The store resized the ring for free and had it ready when they promised.
I would definitely come back here again. It was a very nice overall experience.

Our rings are beautiful. They take great care of us and the warranty is 100% worth the price. inspections and cleaning take less than 10 minutes and we always enjoy the conversations.

It was so much fun working with Jordan she was professional and provided great customer service. I actually went to the Polaris location to look at some watches and went back to Easton and purchased my watch through Jordan because she was that good!

I came to this location with a friend. My friend was there to get her ring cleaned and inspected I came to inquire about repairs for my engagement ring and wedding band. My engagement ring got twisted pretty badly and need diamonds replaced, the stone reset, and the band's repaired. We were greeted at the door bye a man however he never introduced himself. After taking our jewelry and coming back he gave me a quote and break down of all the work that would be needed. I communicated to him that I was collecting quotes and had not decided where I wanted to get my rings repaired. I asked for his business card and he returned with the manager. During that time I decided to go with Jared for my repairs, so when he returned I communicated that I changed my mind. It was clear the manager was there as backup to persuade me against my initial decision, which I did not particularly care for. From there, he went about entering the necessary information for the repair and getting my information this took about half an hour. After all is said and done we were there for about 45 minutes. I later asked the manager for the name of the representative who was assisting us. While both the manager and representative were kind and friendly I took a star for the lack of proper introductions. I was told I could pick up my rings by this Friday at 7 p.m. I will update this review then.

Vana greeted me at the door with a smile and was extremely welcoming! I needed to get my ring sized and they were not able to do it within the time that I needed it done so she gave me a complimentary ring guard so I was able to show my new engagement ring to my family. She was extremely helpful and accommodating!

Stopped in to get a battery replaced for a Tag watch. While there we also started looking at wedding bands. Vana was the one who helped us and was absolutely amazing. The customer service and information provided about their jewelry, along with they’re in store care service, was spot on. An excellent experience all around.

I just want to let you know that I usually do not do surveys but I have been to the store several times and have spent thousands of dollars through out the years. I had a bad experience quite a few years ago and just returned recently and had an excellent experience with Vanna. If it was not for her I would not come back to that store. The day I dropped off jewelry is when I met her. I also looked at some items and acquired an account with her assistance while I was there. Also, I scheduled an appraisal for my other rings as well. When we went back in to pick it up Vanna was not there, it was a different staff and me and my wife went into the same store just on a different day and the experience was totally different. I will not name names but I have dealt with several employees there and a handful are very pushy. I totally understand that it is sales but you've got to adapt to the customer and I believe that is a quality that Vanna has over a lot of people in this world. Like I said, I don't do surveys, reviews etc., I just thought it was important that people understand if they want to go to Jared's, from my own experience Vanna would be the woman you would want to speak with!! She is down to earth and just amazing at her job. She added to my wish list, gave me a ton of information about different things, and the jewelry that I currently have. I was not clear on several of the guarantees and she gave me a total Peace of Mind. From what I get she is very honest and stylish. She has great recommendations and wonderful people skills. She even remembered some of the story that we talked about days prior. Long story short, I had three visits; the first one was amazing, the second one was terrible pushy environment and was not an easy buying experience. We actually left and went to the Jared Store at Polaris and bought a ring. The third time I went in to drop off some other jewelry and luckily Vanna was there and totally changed my opinion yet again. I will be shopping back at my home store at Easton as long as she as there! Sorry this is so long I am just old school and want people to be celebrated when necessary not just reprimanded when they do something wrong. I have a ring waiting to be picked up there and I'm waiting until Vanna goes back to the store and I am going to meet up with her with my wife. I also wanted to add the fact that she is very knowledgeable about a lot of different jewelry, stones, colors etc. I cannot forget the man who I dealt with the last time I went his name was Jeff, very clean-cut young man. Well spoken and carried himself very professionally, he had an awesome attitude and personality, hope you can understand all of this jumbled mess of thoughts, thank you VANNA!!!!!! Keep doing what you're doing....... you have brought this old long time Jareds customer back to the Easton location, and I also feel comfortable that if Vanna is not there then I can work with Jeff!! PS this all began due to needing warranty work and I would have never came in if it were not for this. If you go to the Easton location, work with Vanna or Jeff ONLY!

Every time I need a gift for my wife I head to Jared the Galleria of Jewelry at Easton and have the same wonderful young woman “Polly” help me. The staff is outstanding, the selection is amazing and they are always very professional and absolutely the best customer service. Every gift they have helped me pick my wife absolutely loves. They make me look like a jewelry genius.

I was greeted at the door by Vana. She was very polite and helpful. She asked what can I help you find. I had an idea of what I wanted but not 100% sure. I told her my budget and my tastes and she asked a few more questions and we were off looking. In less than five minutes I had picked out the perfect gift. Great customer service and a friendly no pressure sale. That's my kind of service. I'll definitely be a repeat customer.

We've been working with Beth for months now. My soon to be husband has gotten me a necklace and engagement ring from Jared, however being the man that he is, he went online. We could not for the life of us find a band to work with it so after a month we ended deciding to get one maxed shed working back and forth with us for 3 months now and got it done even when it got close to the deadline and someone else messed something else she got it done with 8 days to go I am excited to say I'll have my wedding ring for my wedding! I will go here for life!

Where to begin with this review... first they offered me if I would like anything to drink which is the kind of service I feel starts above and beyond. I had an issue with opening my account and luckily they were able to find the information I needed despite me having to actually go to the store to get it instead of being able to obtain it over the phone. I had broken a piece of my band on my gorgeous engagement ring and because it was before the 6 month inspection and cleaning they were able to fix it without question. I think the important thing is to make sure the pieces are always up to date on inspections. Another huge plus is my profile has nothing to do with my card which I'm still a little worried about if and when I close the account out, but for now the inspections are accounted for. The personalization the ladies helped me with made me feel a little less nervous trying to get through each step of a customization process of my wedding band and talking through the problems I'm encountering with my wedding plans. My only hesitation on a 5 star is the future problems I may encounter with my inspections and the hope if it's still covered without any official paperwork and I have to rely on my online profile being my only source of proof. But that has nothing to do with the great service I continue to receive from them and my only hope is that they don't stop doing the great service and helping attitude they provide.
