I have a Longines Flagship Chronograph and took it in due to the clasp breaking. Mr. Sandler replaced the stainless steel band with a leather one. I was unable to obtain a replacement clasp until I called Longines direct and they have them. So I order the clasp and it arrived earlier than expected. Exact replacement. Took the clasp and watch to Sandler's and Victor changed it out in record time. I had been looking at a Longines Hydroconquest in stainless steel and gold. Black face with gold bezel and coin edge design. Perfect color combination for my App State clothing and an automatic, which I prefer. I was told it may take 3-5 business days or several weeks due to COVID. I was called yesterday morning and was told my watch had arrived. The Flagship came off and we ascertained that three links had to be removed from the Hydroconquest to fit my wrist. Victor was gone less than five minutes and returned with a perfect fit. On caveat, after all the plastic was removed and he completed the fitting the watch was given to me without being set. Bottom line, if you sell watches and a customer buys a $1,000+ watch please set the time before delivery. It makes for the "total experience" and is a final presentation aspect that should be performed. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase and Victor, Eva, Kayla and BJ treated me with respect and as a valued customer. As a Local Google Guide, the other reviews, some not that friendly, are not an opportunity to degrade a customer but to learn that every customer should have your undivided, professional respect and treatment. As a small business owner, and the heir to many family business interest, the old adage that "The customer is always right" is not always correct but should be looked at as an opportunity to get through the obstacles and obtain positive "word of mouth" advertising. That is the kind you can't buy, you earn it. In my case they have.

They did a great job with the piece I brought in - however, when I went to pick it up, the brunette lady with the glasses who spoke with me was very unfriendly. She did not greet me when I walked in. The only time she spoke to me was when she asked for my last name, then asked if I knew the stone in my piece was lab-created, then told me the total amount to pay. I'm not sure why she felt the need to ask me if I knew whether the stone was lab-created - it was not on the receipt previously, and if I had not known that the stone was lab-created, what would she have said then? She came off as judgmental about it, as she did not care to explain any further. It's unfortunate that what would have been a great experience otherwise was ruined by this lady.

I went to Sandler's and was so happy with everyone there! I prefer the feel of family owned stores. There were no pushy sales people and they had so many engagement rings for us to look at! The owners and their son were very honest, which was great for us. They walked my husband and I through our purchase and made sure we were well educated about the diamond we were buying as well as the ring which looks so pretty on my finger. They gave us a FREE warranty and I would recommend this jewelry store to anyone who is serious about making sure they are receiving a ring and diamond of excellent quality at a fair price. Now I know why so many of my friends were as happy as my husband and I were when we purchased the ring.

Best jewelry buying experience ever! I purchased rings for both my wife and I at Sandler's Fine Jewelry back in 2013. Eva made the process so enjoyable; I will never buy fine jewelry from anywhere or anyone other than Sandler's and Eva! The most knowledgeable person in the jewelry business. She's definitely not in it for the money, she's in it to create forever memories for her customers. If you are looking for average jewelry, Sandler's is NOT the place. However, if you are looking for that piece that you'll love forever; go to Sandler's and ask for Eva!

I purchased an engagement ring here at Sandlers. The staff was friendly and very helpful, and took the time to educate me about all my different options, about cuts and diamonds. The customer service was truly helpful. They also work with me to find something within my budget. I was informed of some payment options that were available. Victor and his team are absolutely stellar and I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing an engagement ring.

Price-wise, they beat out the chain jewelry store we were considering, and their customer service was amazing! I will not hesitate to go back & recommend them to my friends!

I took my wedding ring in for re-sizing after losing some weight (yay). I chose Sandler's partly on the basis of its being a family business, and they lived up to their good reviews. In the process of discussing my options and dropping off/picking up the ring, I dealt with four different employees, all of whom were courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. The only employee whose name I remember is Eva--she took time out from charming another customer's three-year-old daughter to answer my questions. :) That interaction told me a lot--Sandler's is a place even toddlers (and their parents) can feel at home. They did a beautiful job with my ring-- it looks brand new now.

Sandlers is an excellent jewelry store and watch boutique. I have purchased watches including brands like Rolex, Omega and AP from Sandlers as well as a custom engagement ring and our wedding bands. I’ve had watches and jewelry repaired by them and their watch maker as well as appraisals. I’ve always been greeted kindly and the assistance and service is great. Prices are fair and the quality is high. Highly recommend!

My family has been using Sandler's for years for all of our jewelry needs. They have always been great with service, but recently they went above and beyond. After my grandmother passed away, my mother was going through her jewelry and found some old silver pieces that they wanted cleaned and repaired. The wonderful folks at Sandler's had it done, on a weekend, in less than 24 hours--so my mother could have it in time for my grandmother's memorial service. It meant so much to the family to have that done, and we will continue to use Sandler's for all of our future purchases and repairs--and we'd recommend them to anyone else.

Great experience!! I was shopping for an engagement ring for my fiancé, however I was looking for away to some how include a very sentimental piece of jewelry that she already had from a relative that was very special to her. I had shopped a few stores prior to Sandler’s and had not been given any ideas that were unique or that really excited me. While shopping other stores I also ran into a lot of sales people that were very excited to see me walk and we’re excited to try to make the sale that day fearing that was there only chance to sell me. The staff at Sandler’s really cared and wanted to help make the entire experience special, they immediately came up with a great idea as for what I was looking for with a no pressure atmosphere. The finished product came out great!! Their custom work is great it is all done in house and no sending the work off to a different store. I would recommend Sandler’s to anyone.

This place is excellent!! Bought a custom made ring for my fiance, she couldn't have been happier with it! She literally gasped at the first site and hasn't stopped sending me pictures of it on her finger in the past 8 weeks! I live in Alabama and this place is in South Carolina. I scoured the south for the perfect ring and could not find another store like it! The quality of craftsmanship is honestly unmatched. We even took the ring to get resized and there turn around process wit for such a complicated design was astonishing!

Dropped in here to browse for some Christmas shopping, looking for some small pieces for my mother and sister. They were super helpful, showing me the catalogs for the items to help me find and narrow down what I was looking for. On the first day of Sandler's operating in their new location in the Vista, I took my wedding ring to Sandler's to be re sized. Since the ring has diamonds along the side of it I was very nervous about it being damaged or diamonds being lost. The jeweler very patiently explained the process of it being re sized, and assured me that there was nothing to worry about. I picked my ring up the next day BEFORE their promised time, and was very pleased with the result. I don't remember anyone's name, but EVERYONE in there was extremely friendly and patient, in spite their unpacking and settling into their new place.

I had two really good experiences with Sandler's! I brought a vintage Rolex for service, no one would even touch it! The Sandler's where not only able to service it but also provided me a warranty! Thats unusual for something that 60+ years old! My second experience was buying an Omega. Not only did they walk me thru the entire line but where able to find a model that no one had! My 45 yr. old engagement ring was worn beyond repair. They found me a replacement very close to the origional, reset the diamond and replated my white gold wedding band. Sandler's made my wedding set look beautiful, again ! I was thrilled!

Reasons to go to Sandler's: 1) They let people try on more than one ring at once, which can be really useful for purposes of comparison 2) They let you pick out the diamond separately from the ring 3) When a diamond grading report is necessary, they use GIA, which is a better rating agency than IGI (the agency used by many larger commercial jewelers) 4) Their staff members are really helpful 5) Eva is wonderful and super knowledgeable about everything in her inventory I went to Sandler's for my now-fiance's engagement ring, and we both couldn't be happier with it!
