Preservation of flowers was great! It took longer than initially reported but the owner kept in touch with me letting me know the approximate new ship date. Additionally, I had a change of address in between when I ordered and when I needed it shipped. Again, the communication was clear and it was delivered to the correct address! I definitely couldn't do the preservation myself so I recommend it!

Now that I have had the two Charlotte Bracelets for another 6 months I need to change my review. The white petals have turned yellow and brown. The pink is no longer pink, they are also yellow/brown. I wear occasionally. I have contacted the customer service, I will see what they will do. I wouldn’t make a big deal but they were expensive. Update— I received my bracelets re-done and the are beautiful as the original. Thank you for making these again, they are very sentimental to me. Very good customer service! Highly recommend!

Then the third time I order and it’s wasn’t the exactly the way I wanted it so I called them and they said they will make me a new one and with in a couple of weeks I had the bead and it’s beautiful once again they did a great job. Overall, I am satisfied with the product I received. I'm giving a 3-star review because I sent in my fresh flowers 1 day after my wedding, they were all bright tropical colors, I was under the impression these colors would be displayed. Once I received the resin letters, they were not bright and rather dull. The order did take several months to arrive, so I am assuming that was the reason why? For the price I also thought they should have been a little larger. Over $300 for 4 letters that were only 4 inches if that was a little disappointing.

I found the website not the most user friendly with the layout and really getting a feel for ALL their beautiful items. My opinion is there is not enough pictures of certain items, such as all their choices of necklaces. With that being said, I would call them and speak to the same associate with each call. She was very knowledgeable, patient, and extremely helpful making sure all my questions and concerns were answered with each call. I ordered the teardrop necklace, with an initial charm, and the adjustable necklace. I can not say enough of how much I adore and love my teardrop pendant. For the reasons I purchased, the initial charm is perfect with the pendant. I actually saw my necklace now on their website.😊 Even on-line it looks so beautiful. It is a mix of my sister's flowers, sand from our beach, and a crushed shell. It is obviously unique (as all their pieces are) and made with all that I requested. This is a treasure to me. I love the concept of the adjustable necklace. It cost extra but this piece was going to be exactly as I pictured it to be. The only negative is the adjustable necklace does not stay flat against my neck. It twists (necklace only, NOT the pendant) and I'm not thrilled with the extra cost of the adjustable necklace with this twisting occurring. It wasn't enough to take away a review star, but I am not happy with the necklace quality. Their work is an art and this piece is one of a kind that I know my sister would love it's creation. I wear it for my sister and means so much to me even when I just admire it on a day I may not be wearing it. Do not let the process of getting the items to them be a stresser as I did. Such as your flowers, very simple process. I forgot to take a picture of all the flowers. Do not worry, they lay out the different types of your flowers and will send you a picture to guide you with your design. A beautiful memorial with many options. It is truly a piece of art. Thank you.

In Sept. 2016, my cherished Dad passed away. I was recommended a different website, but was not satisfied with their selection. After a Google search, I was directed to Flowers Forever. I made a purchase for my mother, sisters, and myself on-line, and sent the funeral flowers as directed. I received a call from Customer Service to clarify my order, just to be sure it was completed correctly. My subsequent emails were answered quickly and with compassion. I HIGHLY recommend Flowers Forever-Bella Beads. I love the necklace and it is a great memory of my father.

I knew that I wanted something special to remember my grandmother. As her days grew quiet I began looking and I found Flowers Forever. After the funeral, I brought all of the flowers home and quietly laid them out to dry as specified. Before my mother's birthday, I followed the directions, and mailed them in. We sent the petals from my FIL's casket, and ordered a tie tack two "Pandora" beads. The color is bright and beautiful. Recently we also ordered another bead from a cousin's casket as well. Colors were also beautiful. Very pleased with the final results. The process of packing the petals was easy and well explained.

I received one of these beads almost 9 years ago when my grandmother passed and loved it! When my other grandmother passed this year I knew I wanted to do the same for my family with this passing. I reached out to the company and told them that due to me wearing my last bead so much, I beat it up pretty bad.
