Not only am I obsessed with DRD but I’ve gotten my family and friends hooked. The customer service is unmatched, I have a custom wedding band from them, necklace, and have gifted their pieces to family. Their Diamond Society is amazing, you get points for every purchase, being a diamond society member gets you early access to special launches, and more! The higher up you get with your points the more perks. 🥰

This is some of my favorite jewelry - it’s high quality, so even the dainty pieces (my preference!) stand out from both shine and sparkle standpoint when you wear them. I also love all the ways this jewelry combines together for different looks. Also, HIGHLY recommend the virtual appointment option! So personal and helpful (thank you Kat!), and no pressure at all to purchase. I ended up getting a custom ring for myself, and due to my virtual appointment with Kat it turned out absolutely perfect. She even perfectly advised on ring size based on all the information I gave her. This Chicago, woman-owned business is a class act and wearing my DRD jewelry pieces makes me feel like ME.

I have been buying from Dana Rebecca for a few years now and have had nothing but great experiences. The jewelry is great quality and the perfect mix of classic and stylish. I love the weight of their pieces, you really feel like you are getting what you paid for. My most recent experience was the best! I had been eyeballing the Sarah Leah huggies for a long time to wear with my diamond studs. I scheduled a virtual appointment with Kat and she recommended the 4 burst over the 5 based on the size of my studs and my lifestyle. I thought it was really great that she recommended what she thought would truly work best for me and not just the most expensive piece. I received my earrings a few days later and they did not disappoint! I have literally not taken them off (Shh don’t tell Dana)!

The absolute best! I've purchased several pieces from Dana Rebecca Designs (gifts for others as well as gifts for myself!) and everything is gorgeous and high quality. I have typically purchased online, as their customer service team is incredible and answers all of my questions before I add to my jewelry box. I recently went into the beautiful showroom and Kat and Sarah were so helpful and kind. Something I love about the team is that they don't pressure you at all. I was torn between two pairs of earrings and sought out the team's input. Kat and Dana recommended the less expensive of the two, based on what I was looking for, and I thought that was really remarkable. They really care about helping their clients build the perfect collection for themselves and aren't trying to get you to buy the most expensive piece for the sake of making a sale. Their rewards program is amazing and they release new items, making my wish list grow and grow. I am a DRD fan for life!

Immensely impressed with my entire experience from online browsing to putting the ring I ordered on my finger! I was initially hesitant to buy a piece of jewelry without be able to try it on, but by using the chat function (which was a conversation in real time with a real person) and the option to try the ring on virtually through my camera phone, I felt confident in selecting the right piece in the right size. My purchase was delivered to my door in less than 24 hours (with lots of text notifications to keep updated on its status) and in lovely packaging. All of that stopped when I started working with Kat from Dana Rebecca. Kat was patient, informative, and allowed me to ask as many questions as possible. DRD is the place to go for all of your jewelry needs. Not only is Dana herself a kind, hysterical, and genuine human, her staff is just the same. My love for DRD started on Instagram - never have I ever seen a business run their insta like they are your best friend. I truly want to know what is going on in the DRD world every day because they make you feel like family. This then lead to me obsessing over every piece of jewelry they make. And eventually led to me making an appointment in studio to find the perfect engagement ring. About the visit: I. LEARNED. SO. MUCH. who knew there was so much knowledge to gain about diamonds, settings, sizing, shapes, clarity, color, the whole kit and kaboodle! Kat was a gem (pun intended!). She was present, attentive, knowledgable beyond belief, and provided realistic recommendations based on what I was looking within our budget. She was patient with me, my best friend and niece who all attended. She even taught my 10 year old niece how to identify inclusions in a diamond under magnification! The visit was nothing short of a memorable experience that I get to cherish forever. A note for fiancé's: The biggest win here is Kat will literally send you a spreadsheet that allows you to put in budget and your fiancé's wish list the next it spits out the perfect ring. Purchases. Since Ive purchased my lulu jack necklace and Sadie buggies, I haven't taken them off. I shower, sleep, swim, all the things with them, and they still look like the day I bought them. DRD pieces are truly priceless.

Kat helped me to create the most perfect custom wedding band stack - the whole experience from start to finish was phenomenal! My Mom and Maid of Honor came with me to my initial appointment with Kat at the DRD showroom and it was the most fun afternoon. I tried on a thousand different combinations of bands and Kat even helped me envision some customized options they could make for me. I ultimately went with two custom rings: the Ava Bea Double Row ring in platinum with alternating diamonds and blue sapphires all the way around + the Sophia Ryan Infinity ring in platinum. They compliment my engagement ring perfectly - to say I love my rings an understatement! :) I can’t recommend DRD enough! The quality and style of their jewelry are great but the customer service and attention to detail is truly what sets them apart - simply phenomenal!

Dana Rebecca has quickly become one of my favorite brands. I have been in retail for 35 years and they easily have some of the best customer service i have ever seen. Several months ago i was trying to add some stacking bands to an existing ring. Kat took the time to email me several different options. She was so quick to respond. I bought those rings Black Friday week. They shipped the day we ordered them. Their packaging is darling and the rings are exquisite. I was then interested in seeing a necklace for my milestone birthday. I wanted to see some close up shots. Kat emailed right away. I ordered the necklace this past Monday and it was at my house in Cleveland, Ohio Tuesday morning. Amazing. They are also very responsive on Instagram too. Everything about this company amazes me. Exceptional customer service from Rachel to resolve an incorrect shipping address (my fault) and then delays from UPS. I communicated with Rachel multiple times per day for several days to get my shipping address corrected after the package had already been attempted to deliver to the wrong address, and then when it was at an unknown location within UPS. Every communication had quick and friendly responses, and the Dana Rebecca contact at UPS was able to resolve all of the issues and get the package delivered. There is no chance this would have happened with just myself dealing with UPS. I am not one to leave reviews, but this outstanding customer service deserves public recognition in a world where most companies would have passed the buck. And this is not my family's first experience with excellent customer service from Dana Rebecca. I will surely be making more purchases from this company, and would recommend them to anyone!

AMAZING company! Not only do I LOVE their pieces, but their customer service is amazing. I tagged them in a post on social media and they were very quick to respond. In addition to that, Kat (the lady I was speaking with), was extremely helpful and patient with me. I had so many questions and she went above and beyond to make sure all of my questions were answered and that I was comfortable in making my decision. She even put combinations of necklaces on and sent me pictures so I could see how the necklaces looked together! Seriously 1000% unexpected and so so happy that she took the time to do this. Several months ago I had this idea where I wanted a bracelet to add to my wrist stack to represent my cavalier king charles puppies (Rosie and Ruby). I had seen the DRD initial cuff and I thought replacing one of the letters with a paw print would be perfect. Feb 6th was my first email to Julia asking her about a cuff with an initial and paw. A pandemic and 6 months later and I have the cutest cuff representing my girls. It is exactly what I envisioned and exactly the rendering that I received from DRD to approve. Julia was so wonderful to work with and so patient answering all my questions and working with the jewelers because I have a small narrow wrist and I had concerns about the standard small size being too roomy and easily coming off. She spoke to your jewelers and I received 2 different shipments to get the sizing perfect for me. I can't say enough about this great company. One of my last trips into NYC, before quarantine when life was "normal", included a quick duck into the NYC showroom and the 3 women working there could not have been friendlier and more inviting. I realized that day I needed a diamond tennis necklace, who knew?! And I was only there to size cuff bracelets! Thank you for making me the perfect piece and thank you to you and your staff for your postings through these crazy uncertain times. Nothing is better than distracting yourself with jewelry!!
