Extremely pleased with our experience at Bella Cosa, and especially our sales rep there, Samantha. We had spent quite a lot of time searching for the perfect wedding band for my fiancée, and after visiting many other stores we stopped at Bella Cosa. Samantha was friendly, competent, and attentive in helping us to source a designer ring that had not even been released yet. She was able to pull strings to get a pre-release sample from the designer so that we could examine the ring in person. We decided we wanted to make some customizations, and Samantha helped us to design a modified ring based off of the sample she had provided, with the result being exactly what we wanted. The price for this ring was extremely reasonable, and to top it off she threw in engraving for my band as well at no charge. This was easily the best experience we had while shopping for rings, and I would highly recommend Samantha and Bella Cosa to anyone in the market for wedding rings or jewelry.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Bella Cosa! We have had them fix broken clasps on necklaces and repair my wedding rings. They do a fantastic job and are always friendly, polite and extremely knowledgeable. Julie was awesome! My fiancée and I went here after reading several positive reviews. Also, we realized we should probably get our wedding bands soon since the wedding was six weeks away from when we went in. As someone who just finished graduate school in May, we wanted wedding bands that we both loved that we could also afford. Often, I feel like several places make you feel less important when you say budget friendly, but this place could not be more opposite. Julie made picking out our wedding bands a fun and special experience. Also, she made sure to save the information on another ring that I LOVED and will will hopefully be getting in a few months to stack my rings with. We never felt pressured to go out of budget and we were also given several awesome suggestions when we were deciding on our bands. I also dropped off my engagement ring (that was bought at a chain elsewhere and the band itself broke within a few months) to be fixed. This place was able to make my ring look better than when we originally got it and it fit better as well. They also finished the job on the exact date they gave me, which was nice since I feel like several places take longer than the estimated time. 10/10 recommend this place and Julie specifically!

I purchased an earring and necklace set for my mother for Mother’s Day about 2 years ago from Bella. They were so amazing back then, that I decided to return to them when completing the set by purchasing a ring and bracelet. Only issue, I moved 2 hours away. Julie, reached out to me right away and was able to pull the Tacori style that I selected and sent tons of pictures of different options that would match my previously purchased items. She was very patient in me asking for different angles, pricing, etc. Turned out after all the back and forth, my items had to be special ordered. She was very responsive in my requests for an update, and as soon as the items were received she took pictures, confirmed the shipping address, and even gift wrapped my items so they would arrive neatly packaged for my mother. They have absolutely stunning pieces including natural, unheated Ceylon blue sapphires - completely breathtaking. It’s just a funny fact that the store owner said that my 7.13ct Kashmir sapphire was maybe “worth the metal it’s in” (platinum). Although the tone of the sapphire is categorized as ‘very dark,’ the only inclusion was silk - a coveted characteristic of a Kashmir sapphire (it was still a VS2 piece and for reference it was worth about $15,000 in the early 2000’s). Regardless, the sales associate seemed pretty well-educated on stones - maybe this was just a fluke, and the pieces that they do sell are amazing!!

I had the best experience at Bella Cosa Jewelers! I walked in last week Tuesday to have my ring repaired. I originally got my ring from Brilliant Earth in Chicago. I went to Jared's just to have my ring cleaned (just cause it was close) and they inspected it and told me a side stone in my engagement ring was loose. I was leaving town for a wedding on Thursday, and with BE I'd have to mail it in. I walked into Bella Cosa on Tuesday, and upon inspection they found that my wedding band also had a loose stone that Jared's had missed! They offered to repair both rings, re dip in rhodium, and clean and polish for only $100. They told me repairs would run a week so I asked if I could come back-I was leaving in two days. Julie went to the back to ask and came back saying my rings would be finished for me the next day! Amazing. They were ready at 2:30 the next day, and when I picked them up they were gorgeous! Shiny and beautiful like the day I received them. Julie and all the staff did a fantastic job, and my rings are secure and still sparkling! Highly recommend.

We were searching for a ring and went looking in multiple stores around the Chicagoland area and luckily found this jewelry store. Michelle is an AMAZING person and FANTASTIC to work with. My wife's antique engagement ring had a crack in the delicate filigree, and after being told by JARED (rather coldly, I might add) that not only could they not fix it, but no one else would be able to either, I found Bella Cosa online and went in half-expecting more bad news. To my pleasant surprise, Julie (the fine jewelry consultant who very warmly and professionally assisted me) took a look at it and said that indeed, it was delicate work, but that they have some of the best jewelry (technicians?) in the business working there, and it would not be a problem at all. What's more, it was way less expensive than I was expecting, and the turn around time took exactly as long as she said it would (which was not long at all). As an added courtesy, they even did a cleaning of the ring at no additional charge. It now looks brand new again, even though it's close to one hundred years old. Thank you Bella Cosa! I had never been in this place before or even knew of it and when I got in there I was put in personal contact with this young lady named Heather. Heather was so sweet and helpful and professional and advised me that the ring needed to have a deep polishing and it would take three hours before I can get it back. I needed the ring back that day and Heather got back to me in 2 1/2 hours and I stopped in to pick up the ring and cannot believe the quality of the job that they did on it. I then gave Heather a holy necklace that I have worn for 20 years and she cleaned that up and It looked brand new and she refused to take any money for it. Overall I have had a great experience here. I came here to browse engagement rings for fun with my (then) girlfriend. Michelle showed us a wide selection. My girlfriend saw one she really liked, and Michelle said she’d put a note in for us. Fast forward almost a year later; I called and asked for Michelle, who remembered who I was.
