Very nice employees. Reasonable price for an appraisal and seemingly quick turn around. It takes a couple of days and $45 to get something appraised. The paperwork takes a little longer, but at least you get the piece back in a couple of days. I like locally owned places and I'm sick of the big name jewelry stores ripping me off all the time.

I ordered a hopefully one of a kind froggy piece and I already had a chain, but both ends of the chain were too big to go through the rear part of the frog, and Casey at Teton Jewelers made it happen in about 10 minutes. They always make it work.

Got my ring resized by quite a bit. Another jeweler in town wanted to charge $125 + because of having to tighten the diamonds once resized, and a wash. Went to Teton Jewelers and they charged $70 said all those extra things they were tacking on at the other jeweler comes with the package no added on fees. The gentleman gave great advice on the sizing and was amazing to work with. Highly recommend this place!

What a wonderful locally owned business! My pearl broke off my ring. I brought it to the jeweler I bought it from and they gave me a quote of $150 to fix it! Ken cut that price by more than half! He was professional and fast and didn’t make me feel like my pearl was less than. He’s had to cut his store hours because of world events but he still got my ring back to me in a week. I will definitely bring all my jewelry here in the future! I can’t speak higher of Teton Jewelers.

AWESOME experience here! He resized my wedding ring and fixed the tips on it VERY quickly and did an amazing job!! Price was awesome as well. I HIGHLY recommend Teton Jewelers for any of your jewelry needs!

This is a long overdue review! I have gone to Teton''s to have jewelry fixed 4 times now. Highly trusted A+++ work I wouldn't waste my time or money anywhere else. They are very fair and we'll priced. They have no problem taking time to answer questions and are very friendly. All my pieces came out better then when they went in! So with all that been said go To Teton take my word for it you will be amazed with there 5 star craftmenship. Thank you Teton for your great work. I will keep returning I am a lifetime Teton jeweler customer!

I've been here twice and the guys did an amazing job both times. (Repair and resize) They do everything in house so you don't have to wait weeks to get your jewelry back. Can't say enough good things about them! -Update- They had to re-shank my engagement ring. And did such an amazing job its not even funny. Thanks guys!

I have known that these jewelers cared about what they do but right before Christmas I brought my husbands wedding ring because it was badly damaged while he was working. They did miracles with it and didn't charge me a thing. But my sister came from out of town and last night her wedding set broke. She was heartbroken so I told her I would take her to Teton Jewelers to see if they could fix it. Yes they can but he told her that her prongs were loose too. They are so wonderful there I recommend them to everyone. And to the man sitting in there when we came in. Thank you from the bottoms of our hearts.

I really was not sure where to take my wedding bands to get them resized. I read all the reviews here in Cheyenne and decided to go with Teton Jewlers. I had told the gentleman I wouldn’t be able to come and pay for them until the end of the month and he said no problem although prior to me asking him if that would be ok he was going going to have them ready for me in just a couple of days. Anyway, we were down town and my husband said we could pick them up so we stopped in and I inquired if they were done by chance but really did not expect them to be from what I had told him prior. They were not done however he said I can have them done at 230 and you can go walking out with your rings ! ( he was really funny ! ) we came back and they were all done he also shined and and played my engagement ring with Rhodium at no extra charge ! I told him I can’t even tell that you resized them other than they fit now !!!! I can say I will not go anywhere else in the future and now and sure of where to go and will tell others ! Very nice , funny, excellent craftsmanship and very reasonable prices ! Can I give 10 stars ⭐️?! Thank you so much !

Dropped my ring off at 11 a.m. and got it back that afternoon at 4 p.m. It was resized, soldered, recoated, and polished. AND for just over 50 bucks. Best prices and service in town, and you can't beat the personal touch that comes with dealing with a family business. I couldn't be happier.
