I really recommend this place. He was very patient with us and he resized it twice for me and it came out amazing. My finger was swollen the first time so wrong size so the second round he did for free for me and my husband. We just got married in October. Didn’t take long and very welcoming. 5 stars definitely.

Purchased three rings from a different jeweler (my original wedding set unfortunately had to be cut off and so repurchased the most similar ring from original jeweler) and then contacted Riddle's to see if they could solder and resize the bands…. in a less than two week time frame… during the holidays… and they delivered! I am so impressed with their customer service, their integrity and their work! My ring was done in less than two weeks, paid less than originally quoted and my ring looks absolutely beautiful! I am very, very happy with this jeweler and will be taking my ring(s) here from here on out!

This is the only store that I now purchase fine jewelry from. They back their products and will continue to take care of you and your jewelry long after the purchase date.

Found a ring on Riddle’s website, I went into the store in Cheyenne. Devin looked it up and found 1 left that will be shipped over. I did find a beautiful morganite pear cut ring, which I did purchase. Devin was super helpful and polite. I will definitely buy from Riddle’s again. They also had a great sale.

I have gone to Riddle's Cheyenne for years. Joel is the epitome of costumer service. I have since moved and wait for the 300 mile trip back to Cheyenne for all my jewelry needs. They are that good, that professional. I only regret that I have but 5 stars to give.

I have only had positive experiences at Riddles Jewelry in Cheyenne. My most recent purchase was a custom anniversary band in amethyst to compliment my channel set cathedral wedding ring. Kalia designed a custom ring that would match up perfectly and was exactly what I wanted! I also really liked the resin sample they make up because it takes the guess work out of the final product and any changes can be made so everyone is happy. I love it! Thank you!

I had been searching online for a new ring during the quarantine. When they reopened I called and asked about the changes I'd like. They were willing to do them. l went in to make the purchase, the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The communication left in notes between employees was fantastic. They knew exactly what I wanted and who I talked to with one look. I asked for blue sapphires to be replaced with pink sapphires. The work was done in a timely manner and the ring is absolutely gorgeous. I highly recommend and will be a returning customer.

I LOVE my Riddle’s store! When I go to the store, I am called by name and greeted as if I am the very most important customer they have. I consider Joel, the manager, to be my personal jeweler and have had nothing but positive experiences dealing with him for a number of years now. On several occasions, Joel has ordered special pieces of jewelry for me and has taken care of all my repair needs in an efficient and helpful manner. In the past, I dealt with other jewelry stores, but now Riddle’s is my only choice for fine jewelry!

My husband bought me a necklace from riddles for my birthday last year, and my chain broke within 3 months! I took the necklace back to where he got it and asked if they could fix it since he did not purchase the lifetime warranty. They told me that I could either pay $80 to get it fixed or purchase a new one to my liking so I left. Fast forward a couple months, and I decided to come into Riddles here in Cheyenne, WY! They were extremely sweet and helped me right away! They informed me that there was a year warranty on it, and that I could get it replaced for free! KUDOS TO CHEYENNE, WY Riddles! I will definitely purchase more jewelry from there! I absolutely LOVE my necklace and my new replaced chain!!!

My husband bought me a watch for Christmas from this store. We went down to have some links removed, were promptly helped. Unfortunately, the watch fell off in Sam's club after a link broke. My husband immediately went to look a little and asked the staff of Sam's Club to watch for it. He then called Joel at Riddle's explained what happened and asked if maybe we could get a discount if we bought another one. Joel said no problem, come on over. When we walked into the store Kaila brought a replacement watch sized perfectly. Talk about customer service!!! A few hours after we arrived home in wheatland, Sam's Club called and they had found my watch!!! It's worth the drive to be able to drive back to Cheyenne and return the lost watch to Riddle's. I have always purchased my jewelry from this chain because of their excellent customer service. The store in Cheyenne truly exceeded my expectations through total customer committment!!! Thank you Cheyenne Riddle's staff!!!

Bought my wife's ring at a different location, just moved to the area and saw this location so we stopped in to get her ring cleaned. Staff was courdious and very helpful! In the time we were there NOBODY tried to sell us anything we didn't ask for, and they never pushed sales. I've had only good experiences with this company as a whole. Personally, I'd stick with them over some of the bigger chains.. the locality of this company really shows in the way that they operate!
