I cannot even begin to thank the store manager, Michael, for all his hard work for me! I had a wedding ring purchased through JB Robinson over a decade ago that I decided to upgrade through the company’s upgrade program. Due to high-volume city stores improperly taking care of my account, finding my common name and my records in the Kay’s system was a logistical nightmare. Across multiple days, Michael assisted in digging up records from their sister store so that I was able to find the upgrade of my dreams. To top it all off, after finding and updating all my account information for me, Michael personally came into the store ON HIS DAY OFF (with an arm injury 😫) to assist me, insuring I was able to purchase my upgrade TODAY. I’d traveled from out of town, and the employees must have a manager present to complete the upgrade process... employees called him, he answered, and he zoomed over faster than a labor & delivery doctor! 💥 He didn’t make me feel rushed while I debated options over the most minute of details, or paired rings with different bands..... or looked at the same options for the umpteeth time... he was patient, kind, and helpful. I will be doing all my service visits and future shopping with his store. Thank you, Michael & team for your extra time and care, and putting small town values & service back into big name stores! 💍

AMAZING, I took my wedding ring and band and my forever diamond and my saphire in to Kay's Jewelers for my six month check up and the employees were very welcoming. Kira Riley helped me she went over all my rings and the three were in need of some attention. They were sent off and with in a week they were back and looked brand new. Again I give them an EXCELLENT RATING.

My husband and I have been married for 20 years. My wedding ring had gotten a little small. I think it shrunk. Lol! I was afraid of getting it sized or fixed because I love it. My husband custom designed it just for me. I called around and found Kay to be the most reasonable. Not only did they exceed my expectations, my ring looks brand new and I absolutely fell in love with it all over again. This beautiful symbol of eternity looks brand new. I will be going back to Kay many times in the future. I am officially a lifetime customer.

The entire staff has been amazing. Alejandro was amazing helping me get a Christmas present ordered for my wife. We have had everything done from warranty work to pulling links out of my daughters new smart watch and they have NEVER pushed a product on us. They only helped with exactly what we asked of them...every single person we have worked with has been great...but particularly again, hats off to Alejandro for helping me out getting a stormtrooper necklace for my wife.

The staff is very welcoming. My fiance and I are oddballs but there's never any judgement when we shop here. We've made all our fine jewelry purchases here, most recently our wedding bands, and it's always a nice atmosphere. I usually have 20 questions because I am allergic to certain metals and I like to customize things like necklace chains or ring settings, etc. The staff does their absolute best to accommodate my wishes and they show me all the options they provide.

Amanda Douglas (Asstiant Manager) was extremely helpful! I was nervous about buying an engagement ring and she made it easy. She was incredibly patient and informative, tried on the rings for me and answered every question! The manager was also very friendly! There are a lot of places I could have gone to buy a ring but the experience and help she provided is why I chose Kays!

Customer service is not great. I tried to call all day and never got an answer, so I went to the store to see if the ring we sent in to get sized was in yet it was not. I asked why they didn't answer the phone and all they told me is that if they are busy they dont answer the phone. What kind of service is this. Like some how the people who are trying to call you are not as important you need to learn how to multi task.

Great customer service from the manager and other employee. They took care of me and the ring I purchased from another store. They went above and beyond when nothing was in it for them.
