Went in looking for a few specific items with only so much money to spend on them and Mike and Kyle not only helpd me out on the pricing, they also made sure they worked properly and assured me to bring them back if any issue occurred. The store was packed with other customers but Mike and Kyle both made sure all my questions where answered all while helping other customers and being repefulful to the customers they where helping. Mike also helped carry the large shop Vac out with everything going on.

I am new to the Pawn game and when a certain other pawn shop in town had one employee tell me one thing and another employee tell me something completely different (not in my favor) I called City National Pawn and spoke to Kobe. Not only did he say he would match the original deal, he spotted me as soon as I walked through the door. Gave me a great deal, and had me in and out in less than 10 minutes. This place for sure has gained me as a life long customer. I will absolutely be back and Kobe is the one who set that precedent. I'd give more stars if it was an option.

Staff is nice. I was trying to sell some stuff nobody else wanted to even look at. They offered a much lower amount than I wanted for it, but at least they gave an offer and it was better than sitting in my garage. This is why I don't care for pawn shops because you get low balled so bad, but I couldn't sell it anywhere else so I won't complain too much.

Great visit to this lovely pawn shop. Mat gave me an incredible deal on some silver jewelry. He was very personable and wants to make each customer happy. I will be referring all my family and friends to his pawn shop as well as bringing DVDs CDs jewelry and watches to him next time I'm in Cheyenne. This Place is the Best pawn and loan around and I have been to many. From there products to there prices they are truly 5 star! I have bought many items from this store and shop there frequently. So I went in the other day looking for some help and was immediately greeted by Dewayne who is definitely one of the most professional kind and friendly people I have ran into there or any other loan shop for that matter over the years. He took the time to personally help me out and went above and beyond the average Clerk. I was worried about a necklace that was missing and he gave me hope and positive word's. Well later that day his positivity helped me to locate my lost item! Thanks Dewayne! Special Shout to Dewayne for making my day and the great 5 Star service. To whoever his superior's are he definitely knows what he's doing and does a professional job every time I have ran into him. He's someone who the store needs. Thanks City National Pawn!!!

If there even was a gift to the public this is the place to check out. The staff is awesome and they have slot to choose from. They are always will to hear what you need and try to get close to it. I've been dealing with them for some time now and from Jennifer the manager to the rest of the employees it is my opinion that you would not find a better staff. Wow! What great people. We needed a smaller tv. So we called ahead just to make sure we didn't make a trip for nothing. When we got there a very sweet lady helped us and even found a better TV for our RV. We took the tv we had and brought it in. They made us a great deal. If we ever have to go back to any pawn dealer we will go to this one.

We had a wonderful experience here he staff are professional and they welcome wheeling and dealing which is always fun for my husband. Hello, I have been using pawn stores, for a while now!! Upon arriving in Cheyenne, I visited most all of the pawn stores. I have to say. I STRONGLY disagree with Mr. Butler. He must be CRAZY, UNAPPROACHABLE, and Just down Right DIRTY!! If you look at all the other reviews on Cheyenne pawn stores, He has something negative to say.. I really appreciate City National Pawn, every time I am treated with respect and candidness. Not like other stores I've been, where your in there forever..
