Cartier one of the best store ever. I visited there last year around this time. I just walk in without a appointment. And they still find someone to help me. The lady name Betsy. She have really great service. I love it and also she help me pick the wedding ring. Even after she still help me for adjusting the ring size. She is great and Cartier is the best !

The best customer service-->thank you thank you Lauren, James, Wayne & Carmen! This is my story and thankful for the outcome due to the exceptional customer service I received. I purchased a bracelet at Cartier at Baha Mar in Bahamas and it was too small. I contacted the salesperson in Bahamas and she was rude and did not want to assist me. I was saddened by how I was treated and it was not the first time me and my husband received poor customer service from Cartier, so I decided to chat on the Cartier website. I began my chat with Elizabeth and she assisted me by connecting me to Lauren, the supervisor at the Cartier on Newbury in MA. Lauren was pleasant, apologetic and truly wanted to assist me due to my poor experience at Cartier. Lauren was not present for my appointment, but she ensured me that her staff would take care of me. Lauren wanted me to have a pleasant shopping experience at Cartier and especially since we already had several unpleasant experiences. Her staff, James, Wayne and Carmen outdid themselves. They were kind, patient and willing to assist me. My daughter was given crayons and we even sipped on champagne and chocolate during our visit with our purchase. I am grateful for Lauren, James and Wayne and their kindness and making my experience with Cartier so pleasurable. Although, her assistant supervisor who was suppose to assist us but it was extremely busy with people, but Carmen, still came to us and apologized and introduced herself. The following day Lauren communicated with me and wanted to follow up on experience and if I was happy -which I thought was so thoughtful and I personally thanked her for all of her assistance. I appreciate all the attentiveness Lauren, James, and Wayne provided me and I will be only purchasing my jewelry at this location. Everyone was outstanding and polite! Thank you so much Lauren, James and Wayne at Cartier! Your truly are AMAZING!

My husband and I really enjoy working with Natasha and Jose however, I do think Cartier needs to hire more sales people. The last few times we popped in and bought something we were told we should really have made an appointment....this is tough to swallow because we had no plan of buying jewelry those days but decided to get a trinket after brunch plans.
This time we tried to make an appointment but the online system was cumbersome and no one answers the phone at the boutique. I understand they're likely trying to limit the quantity of people in the store but it shouldn't be such an arduous process for the customer to make a purchase.

I hope I got the names right; Jai and Halema both went above and beyond, elevating our experience to a new level of VVIP experience. This wasn’t our first visit. However, it was our first with such outstanding service. We spent nearly an hour, and we never felt for a second that we are not welcomed, or Jai just want to get it done with us; she was always excited and offered a lot of valuable suggestions.
I had a chance to speak to the manager to express my gratitude for the outstanding team. I was amazed at how she trusts and support her team and wanted to hear more, looking for more improvement, and asked for more information as necessary.
Cartier’s value has increased, at least in my own eyes, after this experience.

The staff were kind, the area was clean and well kept. I purchased a very nice pair of glasses the only thing the associate did not explain that frame was made partially from a horn and there was additional care needed for the item. I figured it out after opening the box and finding the care cream with no real instructions as to how often to use or the purpose. Only after reaching out to the store was I advised of the materials the items was made with and the care required. A little backwards. But overall a good experience.

I hope the sales can be more helpful and friendly. I ordered in store and my sales promised to call me ASAP when arrived and would help me with appointment. I literally waited a week and haven’t heard any thing. I walked in to pick it up and another sales seems really inpatient and not respectful.

And Yairis could not been more polite, helpful and knowledgeable. My checkbook took a hit, but it was well worth it. The packaging of the box was also fabulous! I didn’t want to unwrap it. Finally they allow extra cords to take home to switch out yourself! This wasn't the case before. Couldn't tell you how aggravated that made me considering how far I live from a boutique. Especially knowing other people who get extra cords from other boutiques from other states. The sales associate who assisted me today, Pierre, was warm and welcoming. So was the store manager. I'm happy to see newer faces there. It wasn't as welcoming in the past. Go see Pierre. He's very personable. I'll definitely see him for my next purchase. The only complaint I have- which isn't Cartier's fault- is the parking situation is an absolute nightmare if you're traveling by car to their location.

Pierre exceeded my expectations for a sales associate at Cartier. He went above and beyond for my sister and I and was one of the most professional and knowledgeable sale associate I’ve ever had at Cartier. This was not our first Cartier purchase, but I have walked out empty handed refusing to buy something in the past due to a sales associate being rude or pushy. Pierre took his time with us with sizing for a new edition to my bracelets and helped with choosing the right size. He was extremely patient and kind. I HIGHLY recommend Pierre when visiting the Cartier boutique in Boston. You will not be disappointed!

A cute place to shop in (window shop or real life shop)! Located in the beginning (first block) of Newbury Street, it is surrounded by other brand name stores, perfect for spending loads of hard earned dollars in! Staff are super friendly and helpful and are always watching you in case you need any help😅
Store is also very adorably decorated for the holidays on the outside!
