I’ve been to what feels like almost every diamond store in the Treasure Valley area while searching for an engagement ring and Diamonds Fine Jewelry is the best by far. Everyone working there is a smith and/or designer so they have way more expertise than the usual salespeople you’ll encounter at most stores. Erin was friendly, knowledgeable, and very patient as she worked with me to create a beautiful custom engagement ring blending elements from many rings based on photographs and drawings. Todd helped me find a stunning diamond at a surprisingly competitive price based on my research. Everyone working at Diamonds Fine Jewelry is honest and displayed passion for their work. My fiancée loves the ring; we highly recommend them!

We absolutely love Diamonds! Before my boyfriend (now husband) found Diamonds he bought an engagement ring for me though Kohls! He ended up taking the day off of work and waiting for the ring to be delivered to our house! When he got the ring from Kohl’s, most of the diamonds had already fallen out of the ring. He was not very happy so he called Diamonds to see if it was repairable. They had amazing customer service and talked with my husband and mom for a while to decide what the best option was. My husband, boyfriend at the time, decided that he love them so much that he wanted to create a ring specifically for me through Diamonds! I am so happy he did because I look at my ring each day and love it more and more! Diamonds has been amazing. Their customer service is so personable and refreshing. I went in to Diamonds Fine Jewelry at a friend's recommendation to have my too small stuck wedding ring cut off. After the removal we discussed having it resized. I mentioned the design issues I had with my ring that was purchased in a different state 11 years previous. I jokingly said maybe we should just pull all the diamonds make a whole new ring. Todd confidently said that would be no problem and that could certainly be done. Nobody wants to look at their wedding ring because they're checking it for lost diamonds. They want to look at it because of the symbolism of their marriage and love. The redesign process was smooth and personalized. My new ring has all of the design I loved of my original ring but with beautiful upgrades and attention to detail that really made it stunning. Not only did Todd make an appointment with us to come into the store during all this covid craziness, but he was so kind and professional while we were there. I entered Diamonds Fine Jewelry with two repairs (stone replacements) my wedding ring was missing a diamond and I had an antique cluster ring from my mother that also was missing a blue topaz. Both rings were matched with beautiful stones and repaired. From the very first step and throughout he and his team did amazing, kept us informed and aware of process. Not only did he build our ring in the time he stated, but it was weeks sooner than every other jewelry store in the area. Diamonds fine jewelry is absolutely amazing. We searched everywhere for a Jewler that could make me a custom band. I didn’t want a place that would ship my diamonds out and hope all went well I really wanted an all in one in house place and that is exactly what diamonds fine jewelry is. Erin is absolutely amazing she asked me what my budget was for my new ring and figured out a way to make it work. The process to make a custom setting was 3 weeks I was shown the mold and allowed to try it on then shown the ring unpolished to make sure it was what I wanted and then got the final product. Omgosh! I apparently have a complicated ring set to resize. It has an "invisible setting" on the four center diamonds. My husband inquired at several places, with no luck. These guys were awesome, they brought in multiple diamonds for me to look at multiple times, until we found the right one. They did an excellent job at sticking to the budget that I gave them and made sure I got everything I wanted. I had very specific details I wanted, such as the look of the prongs, engraving, etc and made it exactly how I wanted. They were very honest, they made sure the ring looked correct, even if it didn’t make them as much money to select a certain band or stone. Okay I'm going to write a long review, but in short I have had amazing experiences in custom made product, minor and major jewelery repair. Custom: without getting into nerdy specifics, my husband knew he needed to propose with a blue feather. What I didn't expect was for him to make a custom necklace. White gold in a perfect feather shape that he worked with the team until he was satisfied with the shape. Then a bunch of tiny diamond and sapphires. The gems actually didn't cost much at all. It was amazing and I love it and wear it wherever I can. I can't wear it at my work, so I got a tattoo of the exact shape of my necklace when I can't wear it. Minor repair: Over eight years ago, I had inherited my grandmother's wedding and engagement ring to use as my own. It was a platinum ring set. Because it was so old, I had it looked at in the mall at one of the jewelery shops. The stones were loose, and on the wedding band two of the small diamonds were cracked. They (the mall) told me they would have to replace the diamonds, send it out of building for repair, and the white gold touch up would need to be removed and replaced with platinum because it would bubble in the repair process. They(the mall) quoted me over $800. Since Daimonds was where my necklace was made, I thought to get their second opinion. They told me you don't have to replace the white gold because it would only bubble if you did it wrong, and only one of the diamonds needed to be replaced. The quote? $115. Major repair: recently my family member with a similar ring to mine just in white gold was in an accident where they had to cut off their ring. It looked like a horseshoe. When their hand had healed, it needed a size increase. I knew where to go. There was a significant size increase due to the injury so that would take more material. Only $110 and they quoted a week but was done in two days.

This wonderful store has fabulous employees! They have made two custom pieces for me, from antique heirlooms, that are not only beautiful but made with such care, beyond what I expected. Everyone I had the pleasure of working with took time to make sure I was pleased and took extra time to handle my pieces meticulously. They also resized a fifty year old ring and spent extra time checking the stone's settings and repairing them. Something I forgot to ask them to do. I consider the people who work here the best I have ever worked with. I have since had another piece made by this wonderful store. It is beautiful!! Again, the employees are the best. I will continue to work with them. No other jeweler I have worked with has been as great as Diamonds.
