I want to take the time to write this review highlighting my fantastic experience with Goldsmith Gallery Jewlers, and specifically Olivia. I’m sure as many people know who are interested in purchasing jewelry or watches it has become quite a challenge in the recent years to get connected with an individual who is both transparent and honest. Thankfully, I was able to experience that exact transparency and honesty from Olivia, when I decided to go ahead and look for a watch for my father-in-law. I have been working with the store for quite some time and had a little bit of a tough time getting on the right track as to what we wanted initially. As soon as Olivia came into the picture, that changed quickly. With her expertise in the jewelry industry, and her vast knowledge of Swiss time pieces, she was able to properly educate us. What we would be purchasing and made it feel even more comfortable. Most importantly, Goldsmith respects and values the customer by placing you on priority as an individual. It was fantastic to see customer service of this caliber from the first initial step two even after purchase I’m super satisfied with my experience and I will most definitely continue shopping here for as long as I need jewelry.

First of all, I'm an average guy that works construction, drinks beer, etc, etc....so going into a jewelry store is not one of the things that anyone that knows me would expect. But since my wife and I were celebrating our 15th wedding anniversary, I decided it was time to upgrade her ring finger a bit. When I walked into Goldsmith Jewelry, I was immediately impressed by the building and the atmosphere. I instantly felt at ease wearing street clothes and a ball cap. I was greeted by Ashley. She was very pleasant and asked me a few questions about myself as well as my wife and listened to what I was sort of looking for. She was more than happy to show me several options and explained them very well. I think she could tell that the options she was presenting weren't quite what I was looking for but she kept giving more ideas to consider. Then it donned on me that I wanted a yogo sapphire, and instantly she was able to put together a set that engulfed a few of my preferences and with her knowledge and experience I felt very good about the ring set. The process of purchasing was made very simple and the gift wrapping and presentation was incredible. We made an appointment for sizing and since Ashley was off that day, she set us up with Ben, who treated my wife like the most important person in the store. We were treated to wine and a beer while we waited for the jeweler to finish up. My wife loved the ring, loved the experience of being pampered and loved the fact that it was "her" experience. I may not go into jewelry stores very often, but when i do, it will be Goldsmiths.

I was looking for an engagement ring and googled goldsmith jewlers. Their reviews did not disappoint. The store is beautiful! Staff was friendly and attentive. Olivia helped me out, she's amazing. She asked me about my preferences and budget and nailed what I was looking for. She offered me refreshments while I waited to finalize everything. I didn't have anything but they offered fresh cookies and displayed a beautiful coffee machine. Something that was extra thoughtful about Olivia. When I made my purchase apparently I qualified for a gift with purchase but didn't know it. She called me later to let me know I could pick up my gift and that it would be safely reserved till I could come to town. My gift wasn't cheap either it was a lab grown 1/2 carat solitaire pendant necklace. It was stunning! I highly recommend this place and will be my go to place for jewelry!

This is our third purchase at GGJ and we’ve dealt with Scott Jason and Olivia and have been impressed with each and every one. Based on what I wanted, it was suggested that I have my item custom-made with their in-house jeweler. Every step of this process was quick and easy. First I explained everything I wanted, then a computer image was created as a preview of my design. After that, they created a wax cast of the piece that I could actually try on to see how it felt and looked. Once I officially ordered my customized piece, it was done in less than 2 weeks. I LOVE my jewelry from Goldsmith Gallery! It is exactly what I wanted and I especially appreciated the great personal service through every step of the process. My experience at Goldsmith Gallery Jewelers was delightful. I was looking for an engagement ring , and totally clueless about what questions to ask to find what I had in mind. Goldsmith was my first stop. Side note: All of the other jewelry shops I stopped at around town had polite, but very pushy, salespeople who asked my budget and then coincidentally had a ring similar to the style I was looking for at the higher end of my budget. Miracle? I felt like a walking dollar sign to most of them. And I felt like some of the salespeople tried to sway me towards a ring that they had an agenda towards selling regardless of what I was interested in. I returned to Goldsmith to purchase my ring because my experience there was so noticeably different than the others. Goldsmith was the only place I felt relaxed, respected, and listened to. Kristen, the young woman who helped me, was incredible! She asked me a bunch of helpful questions and offered possibilities so that I could make decisions. They have a really cool software program that allows you to customize your own ring and try different settings, cuts, etc. Only after walking through quite a few designs (and after finding one that o really liked) did Kristen ask my what my budget was. The ring I liked ended up being in the lower range of my budget. I told Kristen I would need a few days to think it over and she was so pleasant about it. Not pushy at all! When I returned to order my ring and pay, she was super helpful and informative. The ring turned out to be gorgeous and arrived in a timely matter.
