TJ Da DJ TVI onlygo here to get fresh batteries put in for my watches. Myfamily, on the other hand, loves this place. My parents both have purchased many items from this location.the staff is always pleasant and helpful. It's family-run!
Anna YooFantastic service. Got my mother's watch battery replaced in a few minutes and got my grandmother's ring resized (which will take about 2 weeks) at a very reasonable cost. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Wonderful and kind staff. They won me over and I will definitely be coming here for all repairs and jewelry.

They are friendly and knowledgable, and Marcia is particularly wonderful. I am the kind of person who comes in with many questions and anxieties about a big purchase like jewelry, and Marcia took so much time with me to walk me through everything I needed over multiple visits. I am so happy with the jewelry I purchased, and I will keep coming back to them in the future & recommend to others!

Other jewelers were not willing to do this, so it was quite refreshing. They are helpful, professional, and quick! I had my ring done in about 2 weeks. I love my ring! Highly recommend.

We interacted through Facebook Messenger it was a great help. She knew exactly what I wanted and did not try to upsell me on items I did not need. They are always professional and the quality of their products is Stellar. I appreciate the fact that Marcia is a gemologist and also offers appraisals for my insurance company.

MISTER TI dropped by Lakein's yesterday to get the batteries in one of my Fossil watches changed. Most jewelers wont touch a Fossil watch. Aaron at Lakein's had me out the door in no time flat. I was impressed. So impressed, that I went back today with 31 (thirty one) of my other Fossils. Aaron took up the task and brought 21 of them back to life. I have to admit, they had ALL been sitting around for about 20 years. Some of them couldn't be fixed because the batteries had corroded the inner workings, but 21 out of 31 is not bad at all. I'm a customer for life.
