December 10, 2022 was simply the greatest day of my life. Getting engaged to my beautiful Sarah brought so much excitement and joy, I can’t explain it. When it comes to looking through ring possibilities and eventually settling on one, Abbey at Solomon Brothers was pure class. Her excitement for Sarah and me made me feel like she was truly invested in our happiness. I live in Minnesota and she could not have made it more fun or easier. The distance meant nothing. It was like she had know me for a very long time. I highly recommend Abbey and everyone at Solomon Brothers to anyone looking for that special ring and so much more!

Chaz is super knowledgeable, professional, pleasant, helpful, patient, warm spirited and everything else you'd want your jeweler to be. The office is immaculate as they offer you beverages to enhance your shopping experience. But Chaz really went above and beyond to help my fiance design the perfect Verragio engagement ring for me...It's actually the most beautiful ring I've ever seen in my life. And I'm thankful that Chaz was there to help him make the vision come true. My fiance took me to Solomon Brothers to meet Chaz and to look at wedding bands and guess what Chaz did? He offered to clean my ring for me. It was literally done in less than 5min and came out even more sparkly than it was when we walked in. Best of all, the ring cleaning was free and I can bring it by to be cleaned as often as I want. Thank you, Chaz for your expertise and your genuine desire to help make lifetime memories for us! Also, Chaz should be promoted and or given a raise. Just my two cents. 💍🥰

Lori was absolutely amazing! She spent so much time with us from the initial telephone consult to the final purchase of my 10 year anniversary upgrade. Since my first visit, I received a warm welcome. This was the first and only jewelry store I’ve visited that offered “refreshments”. Chaz was/is an absolute pleasure to work with. I could always count on him to give his honest and professional opinion as it pertained to the type of ring I wanted for my fiancé. Sophie has been very helpful throughout this entire process. My (future) mother in law and I scheduled an appointment last Saturday. She was very helpful and we narrowed down our search for a ring that day. I brought my girlfriend in the same day to look at the ring and we began the buying process. Kelly was amazing! I came in looking for an engagement ring without knowing the first thing about where to start and how to choose the right ring. During my first visit Kelly carfully explained to me all aspects of the 4Cs, he sat me down and patiently presented different examples of diamonds that I can expect based on my budget and their characteristics. The next time I came with my soon to be fiance and Kelly was fantastic again. He went above and beyond to provide us with different options and even styles we had not considered. We settled on a beautiful pear cut diamond. The rose gold scalloped band that was the finishing touch that really made the ring stand out, and we would not have even thought about that if Kelly had not brought it up. The ring came out perfect! My fiance absolutely loved the ring when she saw it and I got a lot of kudos from all her friends!

I came in with no appt, I had originally ordered a wedding band online, but when I received it decided I didn't like it paired with my engagement ring. My wedding is in a month (eek!) so I was in a rush to find a new wedding band. Walked in, beautiful store on the 17th floor! Lia was the sales associate that helped me and she was AMAZING, seriously - she was so patient, I tried on probably 50 wedding bands and we were having fun! Loved that she was giving me input and suggesting other rings to try on too. I asked if they had one similar to one I tried on, but with some edits - she called the vendor immediately and they told me they could do a custom band in 2 weeks! Lia texted me when it arrived and I picked it up - it's perfect! Such an easy process with them. They have a great selection and staff! Will definitely be recommending to my friends :)!

My now husband and I came into Solomon brothers several times for a variety of needs and overall, we’ve had a relatively ok experience, though there have been a few hiccups throughout. We initially went to look at wedding bands, and were helped by Lisa. During our first visit, she was very helpful and gave a few suggestions as we were browsing different band styles for both of us, I did, however, feel like she was pushing us to make a decision that day, despite the fact that both of us shared we were not comfortable doing so, and wanted to think on it before making a final decision. We ultimately ended up purchasing our wedding bands elsewhere as we were able to find better quality stones for a lower price. Our second interaction with Solomon brothers was to have my husband’s wedding band resized. I provided instructions upon drop off to resize it to a 5.5 from a 5.75. However, I went to pick up the band, they said it had been resized, but it still felt loose. I asked them to double check the size and it was still 5.75. They apologized and quickly resized it to 5.5, but I was concerned that this mistake happened in the first place and also surprised that no offer was made to adjust the price of the resizing given this inconvenience. We’re relatively new to the Atlanta area and still trying to find our local jeweler that we trust. Solomon brothers does have a great selection and the service has been good during other short interactions we’ve had. We may return to Solomon brothers when I want to expand my jewelry collection.

I recently purchased an engagement ring (emerald cut diamond, 3-stone tapered baguette setting) from Solomon Brothers, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! I started my engagement ring hunt on Rare Carat where I could readily browse diamonds, and I found a setting from Solomon Brothers that I liked most. When I found my ideal diamond, it was only available from another company but Solomon Brothers were able to source the diamond as a final sale purchase. From here the experience only got better. Rami and the experts at Solomon Brothers considered the combination of my stone and the selected setting and let me know that they thought the size of the baguettes would do the center stone a disservice by simply being out of proportion. The team at Solomon Brothers were then able to produce a very similar setting in-house that would feature properly sized baguettes, and I am happy to report that the resulting ring is outstanding, or as my now fiancé would say, "perfect". I cannot stress enough how wonderful this experience was overall, especially in this COVID-19 affected era. I started by picking a standard off-the-shelf setting with the diamond that spoke to me, and ended up with a high-quality fully custom ring that is in absolute perfect proportion. The most impressive thing to me is that all of this was managed remotely. I live in San Diego, so this whole process occurred successfully thanks to the diligent and detailed communication of the Solomon Brothers team, especially Rami with whom I communicated directly. Everything about our experience with Rami and everyone at Solomon Brothers was great! First of all, I am no pro at selecting the right ring - I'll be the first to tell you that. My girlfriend was all over the map when it came to the style of ring she was looking for. We went to a couple jewelers in malls to look around and she had a Pinterest board but still I had no idea what she wanted. My sister came with me to Solomon Brothers because my brother-in-law purchased her ring at Solomon Brothers and they were very happy with theirs. He was patient and thoughtful and gave us an amazing deal on a ring and oval cut diamond that fell perfectly within our budget. We are both really happy and relieved. We never felt rushed or pushed towards something we didn’t want. Wes was very friendly and helped explain some of the finer details of ring shopping. We will definitely be going back for my ring and my girlfriend’s wedding band.

The young lady that greeted them looked directly at me, but took care of them first. I noticed that most were offered something to drink, but I was not. My husband and I had decided to upgrade the diamond on my wedding ring and after shopping around, decided to go here. Over the years, I had heard Bert from Q99.7 (The Bert Show) speak highly of them. I left my wedding ring with them to insert the new diamond and my husband and I went out of town. I was told the ring would be ready by the following Saturday (one week). Fast forward to Sunday (we got back in town after the store had closed on Saturday). My husband and I went to pick up my ring and we were immediately greeted and offered something to drink. Prior to coming in, we had decided to get a new mounting if I didn't like the look of the new diamond with my old wedding ring. We were paired with Kat. She was friendly and knowledgeable. I will say this...I explained the type of mounting I was looking for and she said..."We do have mountings similar, but they are expensive." I asked her how much and she said around $10K. I found this interesting since I never said that $10K was out of my range. However, in all fairness, I assumed she thought I was looking for something less expensive since I had showed her a mounting that I liked and it was in the $3000 range. I was showing her that style, not that I was looking to stay in that price range. We seemed to move beyond this and she began showing me mountings that I was interested in, none of which was in the $3K range. I like the selection that Solomon Brothers carries. The quality of their diamonds is much better than you will ever get in a mall jewelry store and that includes (ShaneCo, Jared, and others). Yes, I did the comparison. I am happy with my ring and if asked if I would shop here again, I would say yes.

She had all of the settings I asked to view but she threw me a curve ball and brought out a setting she thought would look good. I immediately knew that was the one. I can’t wait to pop the question.
