She met all of my needs and requests and I truly feel like I got a great deal on the engagement ring I purchased. She was not pushy AT ALL, which was really important for me. She was patient and kind. I can actually say that although this process was very stressful for me, the girls at this D Gellar made this experience fun and memorable. A+ for me!

My husband purchased me a very nice expensive Dilamani bracelet from the confetti line with tons of sapphires and massive gold band. It’s by far my FAVORITE piece 😍 I own to date. This was our first purchase from D Geller and son. LONG story short I busted my butt and when I fell I absolutely crushed my bracelet 😫 It was no longer shaped correctly. Instantly I totally FREAKED out thinking OMG my bracelet is ruined 😭 enter in D.Geller & Son associates Tim, Christy and Tiffany all assisted me in getting my bracelet repaired. The repair guy at DGeller said it was too badly damaged for him to feel comfortable fixing 😞 BUT that they would ship it to the manufacturer to get it repaired. I was so ecstatic 🤩 I didn’t even bother to ask how much it would be. Honestly I did not care as long as it was fixed. I picked up my bracelet today and it’s PERFECT as perfect as the day I first received it. To top it all off they ONLY CHARGED ME FOR SHIPPING!!! 🤯 I mean who does that anymore??? D. Geller &Son that’s who!!!! I’m taking the time to publicly write this review in every single place I can to SHOUT from the rooftops IF YOU DO NOT SHOP D. Geller & Son for your jewelry YOU SHOULD ABSOLUTELY START NOW!!! I have never received this amazing of service with any of my Tiffany Co. Jewelry ever 😡 I will NOT be shopping Tiffany Co. My wife and I first went to D. Geller & Son to shop for an engagement ring for me when we first got engaged, and based on our experience, we will be visiting this D. Geller & Son location for ALL of our jewelry needs! They have done so much for us, and we couldn't be happier. Our jewelry adventures with them include (but aren't limited to) hunting for various stones in an elusive and very specific color, cleaning and repairing an antique ring that is a family heirloom (you can't trust just anyone with something that important!), helping us custom design and create a wedding band (and giving us the best price on it based on other quotes we got), and just generally treating us VERY well. As a bonus, they didn't bat an eye regarding the fact that we are an LGBTQ+ couple and didn't ask us any awkward questions about our relationship or gender presentation preferences under the guise of trying to find the right jewelry for us. I know this might seem pretty basic, but you might be surprised at how often this can get really awkward when folks don't get it or are a little too curious. The D. Geller staff handled us WONDERFULLY. To sum this up, I definitely and unreservedly recommend this location of D. Geller & Son. They will give you an amazing customer experience all while finding/creating the perfect jewelry for your needs!

I called the Akers Mills branch just to see if they do laser engraving. They do not but the sales rep there (AMANDA) asked me what type of ring I wanted and what I wanted to engrave. She was so nice and friendly and sent me the picture of the ring that I wanted via text. Her service made me take an Uber to the store and buy the ring. Her patience and ability to find ways to add value for me was amazing and turned a regular exploratory call into a sale. She's the best!

I ordered a Movado watch band.They offered to send me to an authorized dealer or use their brand. I chose theirs out of convenience. Waited a week instead of three from Movado. They called me and put it on with extremely courteous service. That is why I do business with them And by the way, it doesn’t look like a knock off.

My husband and I went to this shop to find our wedding bands. They were able to work with my husband to find his perfect band, they helped me design a special custom band to fit my ring AND they even cleaned my engagement ring while we were shopping. We were so, so pleased with how our rings turned out, and they cleaned and tightened the center stone on my engagement ring (which we didn't get from them) to make sure it was perfect for our big day. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, they didn't try to haggle or upsell with us. The prices were fair and the products were beautiful! We would definitely recommend this store!

It's very refreshing when I find a business I love to frequent. I recently needed to make a big purchase and the crew at D. Geller was fantastic. Sara took great care of me picking out what I needed. Then when I wanted to customize it, Trey, the jeweler, was FANTASTIC. Talking to a jeweler and feeling comfortable really made a huge difference. Later, we went in to adjust the size, and again Trey was very accommodating. Not very often I write positive reviews, but I can't thank D. Geller enough for treating my family so well. Thumbs up for a local business that takes care of their customers. It's just not something I see very often.

I just want everyone to know that the Sandy Springs location is amazing. I first went into the store a few months back and was initially assisted by Meta King and Meredith Naggar. They were very helpful with assisting me in figuring out a good ring when I wasn't sure exactly what my now fiancé wanted. They made a great suggestion that I just go with a basic ring and once I propose, my lady would have the option to switch it out (getting a second opinion was perfect because I had not even considered this as an option). This was exactly the advice I needed. When we came in to switch the ring after a successful proposal, Robyn Lehrman helped us pick out the perfect ring for my lady. Being that this was my first big purchase in a jewelry store, I expected the employees to be somewhat pushy. This was not my experience. They were so kind, and so so helpful with great suggestions and insights and were not once pushy. Lastly, Vicky Rojas Smith was extremely prompt with all the emails I sent, was so helpful in setting up appointments and finally when my fiancé and I had a slight issue with the ring we switched to, it was no problem getting the issue corrected the same day. All in all if I could give them more than 5 stars, I would do so. The whole team was an absolute pleasure to work with and I did not feel pressured at all when it came to purchasing anything! Every time I went into the store, these wonderful ladies made me feel right at home and very comfortable. I will be recommending the Sandy Springs location to everyone!

We went to a different jewelry store before walking into D Geller and was the experience night and day better here! Their staff (Tiffany, Haley & Stephen) were all wonderful to work with. They helped me design a custom engagement ring for my fiancé and also picked our our wedding bands. There was a snafu on the engagement ring when it was made in yellow instead of white gold, but they immediately owned up to the mistake, got it remade in less than a week and even offered to provide a stand-in ring if I needed one. I would definitely recommend them and will return for all future jewelry needs

GELLER not only provide great buys on all kinds of jewelry and watches but back that up with after sale service. They go beyond to make sure you are happy with your purchase. The staff at D.Geller & Son at Cumberland are so wonderful to work with. I went in to have a necklace repaired and some items cleaned and Brittany was extremely nice and provided excellent customer service, as well as the entire team. The staff member cleaning and repairing my jewelry did an amazing job. My rings looked brand new and sparkled like I had just purchased them even though they are several years old. The previous time when my husband was getting me something, he told the manager I was having a bad day and this gift would cheer me up and the manager even gave him the small bouquet of flowers from the display to cheer me up! What an experience, we were out looking for my wedding ring and D.Geller & Son was first on my list. We walk in and the greetings were so warm and here comes Roberta. She ask what was the occasion. We replied “a wedding ring. Roberta said let me walk you through our selections. From there she let us take our time in choosing what we wanted that was perfect for me. We even told her our story and in the end we found it. Just perfect, that was in January on the 9th. We put the ring on layaway and made payments until July 31 2021. This was the day I walked out of the store with my ring on my finger. Carlton re proposed to me in store down on one knee, bringing tears to my eyes. Steven and Roberta rejoiced in our happiness and wished us all the best. All the associates have been very courteous and pleasant every time we come to pay even when our payments were made over the phone. This was the Akers mill location. Stephen Torres is one of the kindest, caring, professional and knowledgeable employees of D.Geller & Sons!! My family has been a customer of D.Geller & Sons for 20+ years and have always had very positive experiences at all of your locations. However, over the past several months, working with Stephen, has surpassed our experiences in a very positive way. Our first experience interacting with Stephen was a couple days after Christmas, 2020. My husband and I celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary and upgraded our rings earlier that year. In the process, we decided to take all of my original wedding ring diamonds and design a pendant so that our original, sentimental diamonds would continue to be worn in a newer way. It turned out gorgeous! I received it as a gift on Christmas. Unfortunately, after only 2 days, the necklace broke and we took it in for repair to the Kennesaw location. Because it was brand new and quite sentimental to us, we desired to fix it right away. The Kennesaw location did not have a jeweler on site that day. The sales person called the Akers Mill location and the manager, Stephen Torres, said he would stay late and fix it for us while we waited at his location. We drove immediately there and were so pleased with Stephen’s willingness to help us expedite our job and go the extra mile for customers he had never even met before! Fast forward to May of 21. We decided to purchase a diamond double wedding band to accompany my new, unique infinity engagement ring. We loved the look but I started having issues with diamonds coming loose from my engagement ring. We remembered how good our experience was dealing with Stephen so we drove the extra distance to work with him again. He assisted in getting the stone replaced and resized the ring to my optimum comfort. We later decided we wanted to join all of the bands together and Stephen suggested a design that we loved and he facilitated that work as well. It turned out STUNNING!! I cannot speak higher of Stephen as a person and as an employee! He has become a friend to us and he is the ONLY jeweler we will use going forward. He is so honest, trustworthy and truly works to please his customers first and foremost. I wish there were more Stephen Torres’ in the world of retail out there. DGeller & Sons has exclusively earned our business and should know that they are proudly represented with this outstanding employee!

I went in to get my ring cut off my finger, It had been stuck on for years. Tiff greeted me at the door she was very friendly and professional there was no jeweler in the store but Tiff talked to her manager Steven and he offered to take a look at my finger to see if he could take it off. Brittany, in my opinion, is one of THE best people I’ve ever dealt with in a retail atmosphere. I know jewelry stores are a step above, but through crazy, crazy circumstances the amount of time I’ve spent in their store from when I first bought my wife’s engagement ring until today has been excessive and unusual to say the least. For the past two plus years, Brittany has been incredibly helpful, straightforward, communicative and she has listened to what we’ve wanted when either purchasing new jewelry or fixing issues that have arisen. She’s a problem solver and has never ceased in an effort to make sure we’ve been treated fairly and have left happy every time. My fiance and I visited D. Geller & Son to pick out our wedding bands and could not have had a better experience. We walked in without an appointment and were immediately greeted by Ellie Broussard. The bands we wanted were in stock and we went home with them same day. This was a huge relief because we expected to have to order them and to have to go back to the store to pick them up (typical retail experience these days) but not this time. What a great experience! I'm coming back to edit/update my review from 8 years ago. First, the location I went to when I originally published the review doesn't exist anymore. They moved locations to a nicer building/shopping center in a more desirable area of Cobb. During this visit to the new D. Geller location (isn't all that new, just new to me) I went to purchase some pearl earrings. While most of the people I've worked with in the past at D. Geller have either retired or moved on, I worked with a new associate Lexie. For me when I'm looking for jewelry I'm looking to go at my own pace and not feel any pressure to purchase. Lexie picked up on this an made my experience at D. Geller just as good as my first purchase nearly 10 years ago. I would highly recommend seeking her out if you are at this location. Go visit D. Geller, I don't think you will be disappointed. Oh and my wife loves the earrings!

I went to D. Geller and Son just to look at engagement rings to get a feel of what I wanted to buy my girl friend and now fiance. I didn't plan on buying anything but Kaitlyn was so nice and helpful I knew I wanted to work with her. She wasn't pushy and knew what I was looking for after explaining it to her. My fiancé proposed but the ring was too big. We went back to D. Geller & Son to get sized and order a new ring. The process was so easy and convenient. The store manager, Stephen, was really nice and easy to talk to. He seemed to genuinely care about our history together. Went to D. Geller for an engagement ring back a few month ago and didn't get a chance to review. I didn't have much money saved for the super high end rings but I wanted to get an engagement ring ASAP. I told the sales rep Sasha my price range and she was able to show me a few rings. She was even able to locate a ring with my fiancée birth stone on it. The entire process was fairly simple and I wasn't pressured to upgrade or up sold on more expensive products. We also returned to D.Geller for the wife’s wedding band and the process was simple yet again. My wedding band was not purchased at D.Geller but the store was able to install a ring guard sizer making it a comfy & perfect fit.

I have been coming here since their old location. I now live in Huntington Beach, CA and still go to Stephen at D Geller and Son for anything jewelry related. There are obviously thousands of jewelers from Cali to Georgia but none have the prices, knowledge, skill, and customer service of D Geller and Son. Even across the country they make sure to treat me the same as they did when I could walk inside. The staff here take their time with you and understand your needs. Of course this place is a business but what makes this business so amazing is the fact they have never sold me anything without making sure it was the best value and quality available. I made purchases at other stores prior to finding these guys and anytime I compare the other places’ jewelry D Geller stands out. This place was amazing. I walked in with my fiancée to look at rings with no real expectation that we would buy anything. Roberta greeted us as we walked in, listened to what we liked, asked about our budget, and gave us several options. We ended up picking a ring that was already put together as a set and also bought wedding bands for us both while we were there. We waited in the store to have the rings resized because they were able to do it within about 30 minutes. We were offered wine to drink while we waited and got to converse with the lovely Roberta the whole time. Stephen the floor manager brought our rings out to us along with a complimentary bottle of champagne and a care package with jewelry cleaner, lotion, and nail polish. It was an amazing experience from start to finish. Everyone should go there.
