I had hopes & dreams for what my one of a kind engagement ring would look like...what was designed and created far surpassed my expectations. Not only is my ring inexplicably stunning, but it's incredibly well made. The gems are so secure and the quality of craftsmanship is clear. These guys are absolutely incredible! The customer service is fantastic, I loved talking to everyone at the counter and especially hearing stories from the owner himself. They did an amazing job on my grandfathers ring (which I thought for sure would need to be scrapped) and several chains of various qualities that had broken over the years. Wish I could give more stars, will absolutely be back here for any jewelry needs!

David was absolutely wonderful to do business with. I went in with an engagement/wedding ring that had damaged prongs and was too tight. It took several attempts to get the ring to fit just right but each time David took care of it without charging me more and now it is absolutely perfect. He also polished it and it looks brand new. If you need a jeweler in Asheville this is definitely the place to go. Very professional and top notch establishment.

Half the Price of grant laughter.l! Hands down, the best store in town. No one else has ACTUAL jewelers that can do bench work & david (owner) knows his stuff. Jewelry selection is by Faarrrr best in town. Big selection, not pushy... Will be returning.

I had a watch that needed a few links removed from the chain. After being quoted almost $75 by another local jeweler, I took it to DC Creasman. They charged about a third of the price, did excellent work, and even offered to clean my rings for free while I waited. I later took two rings to them to be resized and again received excellent work at a great price.

I took my diamond engagement ring to have the shank on it replaced because it had gotten so thin and I was afraid it would break. They did a wonderful job my ring is great and they did it in a timely manner. I will take any other I need fixed or repaired to them. Awesome experience.

The diamond fell out of my grandmother's engagement ring and I was quoted very high prices at other jewelers. One store even wanted to completely redesign my beloved ring! But DC Creasman was able to fix it, at a fair price, without changing anything. And it looks better than ever! Everyone was very helpful and nice and the turn around time was very quick. My wife had an "unfixable" ring that all of the big retailers turned down due to the type of diamond setting in the ring. The ring was missing a few diamonds that fell out, it needed to be resized, and the back portion was of the ring was broken. As a last ditch effort prior to buying a replacement, I took the ring to D C Creasman and they did a wonderful job on the ring. 8 months later, my wife and I couldn't be happier. My advice to anyone needing jewelry repair: D C Creasman is the place to go due to the pricing, friendly service, and also due to the high skill set of this team. It is reassuring to witness when someone takes tremendous pride in what they do. Thank you again.
