The customer service was great and I had no issues starting the policy and updating the quote through the difficult homebuying process, even with the delays that happened when purchasing my home. My auto insurance went from 1600 for months to 900 for 12 months with no changes except an INCREASE in coverage amounts.

I have also been in contact with his co-worker Peter about getting a more specific Life Insurance policy quote (which,when bundled with our Auto coverage, will help our Auto Insurance rate go down). Peter also explained things very well and since I have never in my life shopped for Life Insurance, I felt very comfortable talking with him. All in all, the folks at Prosper Insurance Group seem like a well rounded, level headed group that don't make you feel pushed into a sale and I would highly recommend at least calling them for a quote or estimate.

He asked detailed questions regarding our personal items to ensure that we got the correct amount of coverage for all of our personal items. What was even more impressive to me was that the mortgage company had also sent us over a quote for a policy and Chris was absolutely willing to review the policy and give us his honest opinion, even if it meant that we went with another policy than one that he quoted us. He was honest, clear and concise with his recommendation. He even gave us some suggestions on where to increase coverage and where we can lower coverage to get the best quote possible. Most agents wouldn't have done that. We will absolutely be doing more work with him in the future and will definitely recommend him to all of our friends and family.

I’m a first time homeowner, Warren Trasher not only shopped for me but did an excellent job at explaining policies for my homeowners and car insurance. Fast forward 8 months later, they have a department that you can call to discuss options for filing a claim vs. handling without getting the insurance company involved. Little did I know that these insurance companies might penalize you for making an inquiry alone. This has been the easiest, most convenient, and most professional insurance experience we've ever had; mostly due to our outstanding agent. We've dealt with many of the big name insurance carriers (Liberty Mutual, Farm Bureau, Allstate, etc.) in the past, and NONE of them compare to Prosper Insurance when it comes to customer service. Even when we've requested to deal with specific local agents (from the other big carriers) in order to get more focused attention, we've found them to be impersonal and at times even unprofessional. Those other "big boys" and their agents seem to be more worried about themselves than us. Well, not anymore. Our local Prosper Insurance agent (Paul Sawyer) was recommended to us by our real estate agent; and he has been outstanding right from our first contact. When I call his phone, it's him who answers the call; NOT some receptionist or call center agent. And if he's unavailable, he always returns our call promptly. Heck, I even remember being a few sentences into leaving him a voicemail when he was already attempting to call me back. He's answered many phone calls, text messages, and/or emails deep into the evening, and we never find ourselves waiting on him. We've also never had to worry about some small detail being missed or overlooked because he's on top of everything. He's patiently, and thoroughly answered every question or concern we've had, and even pointed out things we would never have thought about. We now have better, more comprehensive insurance coverage, AND at lower rates then we've ever had! As first time homeowners we were new to the insurance task. I can say I haven't been educated as much about insurance as I was with prosper insurance company (Shawn Choate had walked us through everything, and was able to answer all of my questions. I wouldn't consider going to anyone else for my insurance policy). Able to explain exactly what you are paying for, unlike other agencies I've dealt with. The best coverage at great rates, I can say we feel very secure with our home and auto insurance coverage.
