Sean is amazing. I had an agent try to sell me a homeowners policy recently billing as "the best rate." Unfortunately, that's because they skimmed a lot of important coverage to generate a cheap quote. Sean quickly turned around a quote for me and walked me through every piece of it to ensure that I understood what he was recommending and why. Honest and thorough. We are building a house and during closing for our construction loan they asked about our Builders Risk Policy....whoops totally forgot about that. My husband got a quote from a few places and they were outrageous. I couldn’t take the risk of not having it so a friend recommended I call Sean. Best decision ever. Within a few hours my policy was written and completely done. Such a simple process and very affordable. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would. We are definitely going to let Sean quote us on a lot more of our insurance needs!

Sean called me on the weekend when I was needing to secure homeowner's insurance in a hurry! He laid out the options he saw and then went and same day secured the better option and helped us set it up so there would be no lapse on coverage. We have a mortgage so any lapse in coverage would be very problematic legally, so this was a big weight off our shoulders. Sean Williams saved the holiday season at our household (and I'm not exaggerating that)! Professional, efficient, compassionate, and smart. Will recommend to family and friends for sure.

My current agent was unable to find comparable coverage and suggested that I enroll in the FMAP program. Although I became inundated with many agencies, Sean was the most proactive and deligent. I retired to the county to have a horse ranch and downsize to a modular home. The modular is just as nice inside as my former $6ook home and at 2287 sq ft, with 9 foot ceilings, is not small at all. I was surprised to find my homeowners insurance on the new place went to $2800-$3000 with various agencies. This was twice the price for less than half the home value. I fortunately found Sean with Social Titan Insurance and got good coverage for ABOUT half the price from other agencies. STI is smart enough to realize that a modular with 2x6 exterior walls, half inch OSB covering outside and half inch drywall inside is totally different than the typical 2x2 exterior walls of the old mobile homes. 140mph wind rating verses 15mph wind rating. I'd recommend everyone with a modular, and being ripped off on insurance rates, call Sean at STI and buy a horse with the money you save.
