I highly recommend Robert Silvestro as an agent for Members Insurance Center. He not only solved my problem. He went above and beyond working out the details of my policy. The agent Mark Huff is the gentleman that helped me. He sent me a quote soon after I requested it from the Member's Insurance website, so I appreciate his speed. When I called him back to create a new policy he was very polite and answered all my questions. The only thing that bothered me is that he processed my initial premium payment before explicitly telling me that he was going to do that and before we had a conversation confirming the price breakdown of the policy and what was included in the coverage. I understand I called back because I was obviously interested in the quote I was given, but it is essential to confirm every detail with the customer before processing any payments.
