Had a great experience with Tracie and Tatum and my daughters absolutely loved playing with Murphy the pug puppy. Tatum was awesome and explained everything and made everything make sense. So last year sometime I was quoting some cars and ended up getting in contact with Robert Dinucci. Best decision of my life so far. Anytime I need anything I call him and he takes care of everything and more. Robert got me much better coverage than I had previously. I switch cars a lot more often than the normal person. So that involves a lot of quotes and research. Robert never makes me feel like I’m a pain or time consuming. It feels amazing when you know someone has your back no matter how much work you are. If you’re looking for insurance and someone you can trust, call and ask for Robert Dinucci.

I made the switch after hearing about Tracie Bibb on a local morning radio show a few years back and it is one of the best decisions I have ever made. I was tired of my rates going up all the time with my other provider with no explanation. That is not a problem here. The billing is transparent and easy to read. Everyone in the office is very friendly and extremely helpful. They are always available to answer my questions. I recently bought a house and they helped make a usually stressful situation much more bearable. I strongly urge you to give them a call. You'll be glad you did!

Nobody even said sorry. This company is 100% security theater. Have been a customer for nearly 10 years and I made my first over-deductable claim which has been handled extremely poorly. I tried calling just now (1pm on Wed) and nobody answered the phone. UPDATE: They are making strides to make things right. Will update after final results. UPDATE 2: Everyone pulled up after my social media barking. I'm not sure I would have gotten the same response without it, but I'm glad I did. Once Tracie took the time to understand my questions and concerns they were all resolved in a reasonable time frame. My claim was resolved and I'm happy with the result.

Tracie and her team are wonderful! They are always very responsive and willing to help find ways to save money. I recently had to update my insurance info because I bought a new car and within a couple of hours I had a new card emailed to me by the Bibb team. They always go above and beyond. And, they have a super cute dog at the office as the agency mascot!

I recently had some storm damage and Tracie and her team were excellent to deal with. They made the claim process so easy and was so readily available to answer any of my questions. I've been with the bibb agency for a minute (15 years?), my parents originally had her as their agent. I now insure everything through them and hope they keep working to make sure we're not paying too much, even with taxes going up.

Love Tracie, we left for a few years cause I thought saving a few bucks was worth it. ( literally less than 10 dollars if I recall). That was the worst thing to do. Her and all her staff do top notch work, customer service is spot on. Never a delay in getting back to us or replying to emails etc. wouldn't take my business anywhere else. I learned my lesson.
