Oh where do I begin!!! I recently moved to Sioux Falls South Dakota. I needed a new state farm agent. The first person I met with, Kelly Nelson!!! What a great human being. She sat me down and offered me a cup of coffee, and basically we started from scratch. We discussed every single items my policy covered and she advised me to combine my auto and renters policy to save money!!. We joked around and I felt like I was treated with dignity and respect, she made me feel like I truly mattered. Everyone in this place is smiling!!! I previously had been insured with Progressive and was paying over $500 a month for auto insurance on a family plan, even trying to switch to my own plan with them was going to be outrageously expensive. Mike reached out to see what State Farm to do and cut my insurance down by more than half with all the same coverage I’m now paying 215 a month (yes I know still high but my driving record was horrible). Also got me on a life insurance policy and even with that I’m still paying significantly less! The team at State Farm was friendly and professional, easy to work with and they explained everything and answered any questions I had! Nate who is agent who helped me understand the policy of there auto insurance better then the one I was previously on who used to be Dairyland Auto but no more as I have officially decided to go with State Farm because of price and it will provide a lot more for a lot less money. One great thing is they will not be changing there policies to add on another 400. Hundred in less then a year and changing me around with out my knowledge like Dairyland has done to me. So if you need reliable auto insurance and direct knowledge of no bull insurance then go into a State Farm insurance and you may be shocked like I was after many years with a private insurance company.
