Didn’t have a good start. Tried a quote from online-phone. Was forgot about for 2 days. Then when I got them to work one up. They gave me one for a week out. When I said I wanted to get it they day they quoted me they said no problem come on in. Then proceeded to run with the week out quote. I paid for it. Then she realized that it was a week out and tried to redo. I’m out the money I paid for the first one until they refund it and ended up paying double what they said I would of have to for one to start that day. The payments are about the same after that. I could tell she was sick but that’s not an excuse. They did get me a policy that was a lot cheaper then the one I had. I do believe that they will be a great insurance agent. I hope I was the product of a bad week. Hope to change the stars later.
