Lauren was super helpful when I was shopping around for auto insurance for my new car. I had gotten at least 5 different quotes before reaching out to her. Lauren found one for me with higher coverage, at a few hundred dollars cheaper. She also found me cheaper condo insurance. Working with her was a pleasure - she’s very communicative and resourceful. She answered all of my questions and even made sure my current condo policy would be canceled. I referred my parents and Lauren also helped lower their insurance. I have done business with Podmaska Insurance Agency for a number of years. Are you can imagine, being 66 years old I've dealt with a number of insurance companies in the past. One of the many reasons I enjoy podmaska is because Steve the owner aside being very professional and efficient and courteous is a down-to-earth man where was many agents I have dealt with in the past tend to have a certain air about them that does not come off as positive. Steve is one of the few agents who speaks with his clients and is able to explain things fully and applies maximum effort to search for the best deal for his clients. I had what I thought to be a small task for the Podmaska to complete for me . The leasing agent of my new home was requesting information that they needed for me to move in. And she was bombarding me with emails and phone calls for the information which Steve's office had been providing such and each time she said it was incorrect. All along this agent could not be satisfied with the information that podmaska had supplied. Cathy was ever courteous and trying to make things work out. Come to find out the agent had no idea what they were asking of us and the funny part is they work for a local very large company and handles multiple complexes. Cathy amazed me with her patience and professionalism in dealing with this agent. As it ended up it was podmaska who saved the day.
