I have been working with Fernanda Jolicoeur at the Loiselle Insurance Agency for a number of years and she has always been a wonderful agent. Most recently she went to bat for me in connection with a renewal of my Homeowners Policy, the premium for which had been initially set by the carrier at a substantially elevated rate. In fact, the policy was renewed and produced by the carrier incorporating on its face the highly increased premium level. When forwarded to Fernanda from the carrier for administration, and without necessity of encouragement from me, she took it upon herself to aggressively negotiate on my behalf, resulting in not only an elimination of the premium INCREASE of approximately $3,800, but also an actual DECREASE in my premium of several hundred dollars. This manner of "above and beyond" service accorded to me by Fernanda, although no doubt seemingly quite remarkable to those who may not be privileged to know her, is exemplary of the manner in which she serves her clients -- and I am fortunate enough to have been one over the years. Called looking for auto insurance and what I got was great service and great value. Normally when you call an insurance agency they give you the lowest rate with whatever insurance they are teamed up with. However, with Loiselle Insurance my agent Ali, worked her butt off to really customize it to what I needed with getting me the lowest rate that was BY FAR the lowest of the 5+ agencies that I called. I was actually buying a car that day and needed insurance immediately, Ali was awesome and even stayed after they closed to be able to send me the insurance cards I needed in order to drive 6 hours back home.
