Erin BrockmeyerI have worked with Timmco Insurance for about 15 years. When I started as a client, the only insurance we needed was renters insurance and auto insurance. Now we own a home, have multiple vehicles, and as a business owner I have multiple business policies with them. The thing that impresses me the most is their customer service. I never have to wait to get answers to my questions. They are incredibly responsive by phone and email, from big things like claims issues to small things like mailing address changes. I work with Brian Timm, and he never makes me feel like I am bothering him when I ask for explanations or clarifications. You never realize how important it is to have a local insurance agent until something goes wrong. I can honestly say I feel like my family, my home, and my business are protected because the folks at Timmco have taken the time to make sure we understand our policies and have the protection they would want for their own families.
