We have been with Rousseau for just a couple of years now, on a recommendation from a friend. We have had great experiences with all of the agents who have helped us out-everyone has been so patient and has done a fantastic job explaining everything in detail and answering all of our questions. We had a fairly complicated case with our home insurance as we needed coverage in place prior to our home being built, and they were more than willing to work with us. We also have had quite a few vehicle changes in the last year and it was time to shop around for different vehicle coverage. Sarah was very knowledgeable on the different policies and best coverages available. Thanks to her patience and skill, we are saving thousands of dollars and getting better coverage. Couldn't be happier!

Rousseau Insurance (and, in particular, James Rousseau) has handled my insurance needs for a few decades now. I have to laugh every time I get one of those "you could save $X by switching to ABC Insurance" ... and the rates they quote are higher than what James has gotten for me ... and I didn't have to do anything except let James handle it. He found the best insurance at the best rates for me, on both my auto and home owners policies. And he regularly checks in to see whether my circumstances have changed, in case I need to change my insurance ... but he doesn't try to strong-arm me into buying anything. It's nice to know that I don't have to worry about my insurance policies, because James handles that for me. I would (and have!) definitely recommend Rousseau Insurance to friends and family, and I'd bet they'd be good for you, too. (And, no, James didn't give me a kickback to say any of that.)
