Noyes and Allen have always been very helpful dealing with the poor performance of the insurance companies. Obviously we were upset by the off-handed way the inspection was presented. No communication was received by us; phone, letter or email, all of which are easily delivered. I would advise the MMG subcontractor Millennium Information Service, Inc., to not do this again. In addition the information gathered by the unnamed agent is of no value since the exterior decking is to be replaced this Fall.
