It’s not often I feel compelled to recommend an insurance company, but here I am. If anything, the service from such companies is generally fine, behind the scenes and barely noticeable. Recently, we had discovered very specific needs which required a lot of back-and-forth with our current agent, Clark Insurance. Brandi Beaumont was our direct contact and she went above and beyond, working with us for several weeks to get our policies to the specific level we required and shopping for extended quotes. I would wholeheartedly recommend working with Brandi and Clark.

Clark Insurance served my parents needs over their life time and when they both passed away, Clark, specifically Adele Nichols, was there to assist our family in reorganizing and making sure our insurance needs were covered. The process was involved and needed attention to details. Trusts, two siblings, and multiple properties and assets were involved and Adele handled things in a timely and very professional manner. She was always there to answer questions and assist, even when for some of the assets it was decided that another company could provide a lower premium (I had been with the other company for years so it enabled me to get a lower premium). We’ve used Clark for about three years. They did get us improved rates which is nice. They also respond individually and there is no getting lost in a phone tree both of which are really nice. We did have some trouble when we refinanced our mortgage and they didn’t pay the insurance and we asked Clark to call the mortgage they were pretty passive and were going “to just see what happened”. We had to push kind of firmly and get our mortgage broker involved to fix it. In the end it got solved and we still enjoy working with Clark but that could’ve been a lot smoother. Haven’t had to file a claim yet so no idea how that’ll go.
