I’ve had amazing experience at this place! Being a customer here for over a year, all these agents will go out of their way to make it the best experience. I started with Stephen who helped me save $50/ month in comparison to my All State coverages. I was able to sign a year contract and not have to worry about being requoted 6 months later. My renewal came up in August and they sent me quotes based on their insurance for their competitive rates a few months before that. I was super bummed when I found out my monthly rate would be going up $60/ month. I went back to my previous All State insurance agent and they quoted me for $30 cheaper. I called Premier back to tell I was going to cancel and sent them my coverages. I spoke with Amber and she said she would requote me and see what discounts she would offer. Granted it was Friday at 4pm and she still was able to give me a quote, finding discounts and explaining that the All State rep forgot to mention a few details regarding the plan. I ended up walking out the door with a rate that was only $30 more a month rather than $60. I’m very grateful for Amber in taking the time to listen rather than just try to sell me something I don’t want. I’m also grateful for Tina sending me the quote sooner and explaining more terminology. You will not go wrong with Premier. Thank you all for serving your community of Arizona!

My car was already insured through Safe Auto, but a friend recommended I contact Premier Choice Insurance, to see what they could do for me. Initially, I thanked her but didn't reach out. Honestly, I simply didn't want to open that insurance quote can-of-worms, where all you want is a price for car insurance and you get pummeled with phone calls, texts, and emails incessantly for what feels like an eternity. But at my friend's insistence, I reached out to Premier Choice Insurance via their website. Over the weekend, I filled out the simple form and submitted it. On Monday morning I received one very brief text from agent Amber Wallace, giving me a heads-up that she had e-mailed me the quote I requested. That was it, just a heads-up. I was expecting her to pummel me with calls, texts and emails like I had, unfortunately, experienced in the past. But it didn't happen. Amber didn't send me a ton of emails and texts and harass me with calls. So I checked and found the email, like she had said. It explained she had checked for the best rate, and what she was able to do for me. Amber was able to get my premium down to HALF of what I was paying per month! I was shocked by how much money she was going to save me! In fact, I ended up upgrading to full coverage with windshield replacement, towing and labor, and rental car reimbursement and I'm STILL paying LESS per month than I was with my old company! Amber responded promptly via email and text and we were able to wrap it up quickly and, as promised, I had an email with all of my paperwork and proof of insurance that afternoon. I am beyond satisfied with the level of customer service and value I received. Amber is a monumental asset to your company. This was, by far, the best experience I've ever had buying automobile insurance, and one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a very long time! I would definitely recommend Premier Choice Insurance and Amber Wallace to anyone needing car insurance or wants to compare rates with their current company. You'll be glad you did!
