I've written a review before about my experience with Milena but I'm writing again after working with Loren Lightfoot. If I could give more than 5 stars I would simply for Adam hiring two exceptional employees. I'm moving into my first apartment, requiring with renters insurance for the first time and Loren helped me immensely. She made sure I fully understood what I was getting myself. While I trusted her to make the right decisions for me she didn't allow me to blindly following her decisions without understanding. She answered my emails all day and always immediately, never had to wait for a response. She even began to help me with my car insurance simply because she noticed I could get a better deal. Just like Milena I did not feel like Loren was ever trying to rope me into a service that would cost me extra money just for her benefit. In fact she was helping me get even lower rates that helped my personal situation. As a woman in my early 20s it helps a lot to have women like Milena and Loren helping me out. It makes this entire new process not as scary as it would be.

Milena was amazing! I was a SF client for over a year and then I switched to Progressive to get a lower rate. I wish I knew then what I know now!!!! Progressive ended up ripping me off and my June bill raised from $230 to $500. No accidents, no tickets and here I am with this huge bill. I'm giving this review 5 stars because Milena, an employee at this location has been amazing. Milena has worked with me since the beginning of my car journey when I was shopping for insurance. She helped me get the best rates out of all my options, helped me get the best plan for the type of car I have and helped me understand what everything meant. When I've had questions about payments she's answered them quickly. I was recently involved in an accident that was not my fault and was having a month long issue of tracking down the other driver and their insurance. I called State Farm to see if they could help me and Milena went above and beyond. She kept me on the line while she called multiple different people to help me. She spent almost a few hours sitting on hold with me and representing me. It's because of her and her hard work that we were able to finally find who I needed. Milena is great at making my situations feel relatable. I trust her judgement, I don't feel like she's ever trying to trick me. I do think she always has my best interest and I can confidently say if I ever debated leaving State Farm the idea of possibly not having an agent as helpful as Milena would make me stay.

I found that all my dealings with everyone I spoke to in the agency were handled promptly, professionally and accurately. This despite the fact that we are in the middle of a pandemic and the agency is conducting most of their work from home. They were able to save me a considerable amount of money over my previous insurer as well as give me more coverage than my previous policies gave. Adam and his team has truly been a good neighbor! Since making the transition back to State Farm from a competitor agency, it has been amazing.
