I highly recommend Tanya Patzner as a State Farm Agent. Being a State Farm customer for over 45 years I've seen lots of changes but if you're looking for that old school agent feel where they became your friend and were available anytime you needed them she and her office are definitely your people. I think I can honestly say I have been with Tanya since day 1!!! My parents were insured through Jim Steele, so I was also. When he retired we were blessed with Tanya!! State Farm has been my only insurance company ever! They went above and beyond when I had a horrible mortgage company to deal with, they follow up with you and follow through! My homeowners insurance actually went down this year...most companies would just keep you at the same rate or increase it, not Tanya! Her staff is wonderful....I mostly talk to Jennifer and Nancy and they are kind and follow through!! Our experience with Tanya Patzner and State Farm has far exceeded expectations. 2020 was a crazy year for us and we have heavily relied on Tanya. Derecho (inland hurricane) hit our house, our daughter was in an automobile accident, and we also had personal family issues that required a major review and change of our home, auto, and blanket insurance policies. In every case, Tanya’s knowledge and experience was hugely helpful. I learned that she previously had 15 years working in claims at State Farm, which explains why she was the most credible and knowledgeable insurance agent I have ever worked with. We had friends that were also hit by the Derecho that are considering changing over to her because their experience with their insurance agent was not a good experience. I generally do not post on the Internet, but my experience this year with Tanya and her agency was amazing during a very hard year. Side note: if you've never paid for home owners insurance in Oklahoma, don't complain about your rates in Nebraska.

Over the years, I have dealt with A LOT of insurance companies and agents, and not one has ever come close to the friendly, courteous, outstanding, and thorough service that Tanya and her staff gives, not only to me, but to others as well.
