What can be known as a long process in terms of setting up the plan and figuring out the customer details, Drew made it super simple and easy. He has also done an amazing job in keeping up to speed with us on if we need anything or have any questions. Top of the line customer service! He leads a team of great employees as well that give his agency a great deal of credibility. I would recommend anyone in the market for car, auto, and life insurance to give Drew a call! Drew Metzler and his team are second to none! While I wasn't 'unhappy' with my former insurance provider, Drew took the time to audit my coverage and point out several areas where I could be better protected. AND my monthly costs actually went DOWN in the process! Additional peace of mind at a LOWER cost? Not to mention, my previous policies - which I thought were sufficient - weren't even close to enough had something actually happened. I appreciate Drew's no-pressure approach, and the fact that he didn't resort to some of the scare tactics I've experienced elsewhere. It definitely pays to have an expert look into your coverage, particularly if you've carried your insurance with the same provider for a couple of years. What's more, Drew went above and beyond by ensuring that me and my family are well taken care of in the event of a tragedy with supplemental life policies at a rate so reasonable I thought he was joking. Nobody likes paying for insurance, but everyone likes and needs that protection when the unexpected occurs. My mind is at peace knowing that, if something should happen, I can pick up the phone, call Drew or any member of his team and have a trusted friend on the other end of the line to guide me through my next steps. I contacted Derek after talking to my brother, he had switched to State Farm and gave me Derek’s number. He said he got better coverage at a lower premium. After talking Derek and providing him some information he was quick to respond with some quotes. After discussing the quotes it was determined I was under insured on my house. Plus they offer coverage on the water lines and sewer lines from the house to the street. On our cars the difference in the premium was significant and we got and umbrella policy to cover us up to 1 million. Unfortunately I had my wallet, phone, and truck keys stolen a few days after we got the policies. I called Derek and he walked us through the process and provided us a list of companies that would change out the ignition and rekey the locks which was covered under our comprehensive part of the car policy. Very happy with Derek and the Metzler agency. Looking forward to a long relationship.

Having been able to meet Drew and his team, they make the process of any kind of insurance easy and pain free. From the greeting I got at the front to door to the see you soon when I left, they made me feel welcome and helped me trust them with their knowledge of all types of insurance they offer by going through everything in ways that make sense. For someone who’s not well versed in insurance terminology, it was nice to be able to understand what I was getting into. Also, I never thought I would get to know my insurance agent so well in the first day of meeting him, but I’m so glad I did. I said sure but I never thought it would amount to much as I have my insurance through my company’s benefit package and figured they couldn’t beat it.
