Love the linden location …BUT Newark location is very unprofessional, very rude . I was put on hold making it seem as if I was being helped to only then be told to give a call back number due to the person who was supposed to be helping getting an attitude after telling me what “was pointless” for him to do after I asked for a specific service to be done and proceeded to bypass all my questions and rush me off the phone . I would highly recommend the linden location over the Newark very unprofessional down there .

I was having issues finding insurance because of my young drivers in my house. I spoke to Brian and he was so nice, patience and knowledgeable about trying to help me save money. Every dollar helps. Before taking the trip , I did do my homework online but since Brian was so nice on the phone, I gave him a shot. He is not like other sales people. He was never pushy and was straight up honest and saves me $120 month. Excellent experience here. His two employees also we also so nice and welcoming!

This has to be the most famous insurance agency on the planet let alone in Newark. Everyone flocks here because they actually try to help you get a good rate on your car insurance. Even the worst drivers walk out with something reasonable. Best part is that they're always available. If your paying outrageous amounts of money and have high deductibles then you need to check out Gary. They even educate you on aspects of your policy so that there are no surprises in the event of a rate change or an accident.

I had a very good experience with Gary's Insurance Agency. They were able to get me a low cost auto insurance policy for my son. He just got his license so every car insurance company I tried to get a quote from said he was a high risk driver and the premiums were alot higher then Gary's quote. I highly recommend them if you're looking to lower your auto insurance in NJ (since they did tell me they only sell car insurance in NJ).
