With a little more than a half century on the planet I have dealt with several insurance people. Several years in commercial real estate, houses, vehicles, businesses bought and sold all involving insurance in some capacity. Diane has absolutely changed my outlook on all insurance agents by her example and performance alone. She responds to every question and request as if I am her only client and her life depends on it. That is obviously not the case and I am not even a fraction of her business. That being said dealing with an absolute professional who is always happy, courteous and responsive is a joy and I will remain a client. I recommend her at every opportunity and will continue to do so.

Your time is better spent on other things, let Diane handle your insurance. Trust me. A Homeowner, Auto, Personal Umbrella, Business GL, WC, etc. Customer really, she's that good! I can be a PIA and she always takes the "High Road", just do it you won't regret it.

I have been with State Farm for many years. Pricing is competitive and reasonable especially if bundle. However I always felt that it was difficult to get a hold of my agent with questions and issues. End result I would have to call 800 number. That has all changed since Diane took over my account. She is easy to get a hold of, responds to emails within an hour and always returns call . I have triplets who recently got there license and she was amazing in helping select coverage and maximizing discounts. Thank you again Diane Ken
