I struggled at first to find a good insurance policy due to other agencies not putting an effort to give me a fair price given my clean driving record. All of that changed once I encountered this Statefarm office. The agent assigned to my case by the name of Genesis Leon really went out of her way to both make me feel welcome and get me the best policy possible. She took the initiative to ensure I get a fair policy and contacted their HQ to get to the bottom of my initial high policy rate. Not only was she able to lower my monthly premium but she was able to get me discounts I didn’t even know I qualified for! Very grateful for her hard work ethics and actually caring about her clients , everyone in that office is very kind and enjoys helping out those in need !
