I spoke with A.J. Ciccone's office from Allstate. In particular, I made efforts to speak with Mike Vastardis regarding a broken front windshield that incurred severe damage after being struck by a soccer ball at a local field. I left a text message with Mike to call me at his earliest convenience. To my surprise, i received a call almost immediatelty from Angie Vastardis ( Mike's spouse ) who informed me that Mike was in hospital and unavailable as he was suffering from some very concerning health issue. After learning this, I told Angie that her husband's health issue is paramount and more important than a broken glass and apologized for my call. However, Angie insisted that she is here to assist with whatever is needed. Well, Angie immediately fixed my issue and assisted me with my glass replacement and handled my problem in such a way that I had to share with this review. Additionally, I received a text from Mike while in hospital to ensure that I was taken care of! I was embarrassed to discuss this further with Mike or Angie as their primary concern is getting Mike back to good health. Regardless, they still insisted to follow-up with me if any issues in getting my glass fixed (my wife and I were scheduled to leave for a road trip the next day). MIKE AND ANGIE'S EFFORTS AND PASSION TO ASSIST THEIR CUSTOMERS DURING PERSONAL CRISES AND FROM THE BED OF A HOSPITAL GO WAY, WAY FAR AND BEYOND AND I WILL ALWAYS BE A LOYAL CLIENT OF THEIR OFFICE (BTW- NOT THE FIRST TIME THEY HAVE ASSISTED AND HANDLED MINOR ISSUES WITH THE SAME PROFESSIONALISM DISPLAYED). What we love about them is the personalized service and the fact that you can pick up the phone and speak to someone in the agency instead of having to call an 800 number. Many years ago after we first signed on with the Ciccone agency I had a bad car accident. I could not get through to the local police precinct and I had a problem with my insurance card missing from my glove compartment.
