Our insurance was being rewritten to another carrier and Giovani Arenes was so helpful in getting the new application sent via e-mail to us so it could be filled out. This took several attempts because i had given the wrong e-mail address. He was very concerned about the application not arriving. I called him after my last attempt at receiving the document and that is when I realized the correct e-mail was not sent. He was very patient with me during this process and I finally had the application and premium sent to him.
