Leah Bol at the Metaire, LA was great!! I went into the location 30 minutes from our house angry enough to drop Geico as our insurance as our auto insurance carrier! After talking to Leah, I was still disgusted with the paperwork process, but at least calm enough to hear her explain your policy and procedures. She apologized for any inconveniences that I may have experienced, gave me her business card, instructed me on how to bypass the automated system and talk to her or another representative ag her location. I appreciate her for hearing me out and educating my on the process for getting SBA paperwork completed. Kudos to Leah in Metairie, LA!!

She walked me through the process without the ambiguity I heard from other agents because she was on top of the technology. Her rate was competitive, and her office is in the next town over.
