I just wanted to share some thoughts about MY insurance broker/agent. Yes, I intended to sound possessive when I said, "MY insurance broker/agent" because that is how I feel about Mr.Booker. He makes you feel like you are his only customer and you feel comfortable speaking to him about your personal needs for insurance and financial planning. I first chose him from a telephone book for car insurance probably 10-15 years ago mainly because he was in my area. I soon came to appreciate his excellent customer service, knowledge and his advise and recommendations that are for my benefit, not his or the companies he represents. Frankly, I feel safe knowing he is there should I ever need him. In fact, lately I have needed him due to some unexpected difficulties and he has gone out of his way to help by providing many options and suggestions along with a "sympathetic shoulder". While he is an excellent business professional, he is also a kind and honest man that will work with you as a person, not a number. If in need, I would highly recommend Jimmy because he will provide professional and knowledgeable service; but, most importantly, personal customer service..

I've known Jimmy personally for a long-time. When he tells you he will do something, he does it! We discussed some insurance options with Jimmy a year or so ago. He bent over backwards to give us all the options at our disposal. He knows his stuff! At the time, it didn't make sense for us to move over (been with same company for 30 years). But should we ever make the move, Jimmy would be one of the first ones I would go to!
