Called Spalding Insurance a few days ago because my home owners insurance was increasing by almost $400 and I didn't file a claim. Chris was the agent that took care of me oh so very well. He was professional and had a very infectious personality. He worked hard and got me better home and car insurance coverage than I had with the company I was with for 10+ years. Not to mention, he also made sure that I qualified for discounts because of my good driving record. He couldn't believe how excited I was buying insurance, but when I get to pay less for something that's necessary; I can't help but be excited. My old insurance company kept raising my rate over the past three years without offering any discount for my business for so many years. I would be still with them if that increase wasn't so unreasonable. I'm glad it was! Give Spalding a call. They are the real thing, they'll take care of you, and it'll be worth your time.

Jessica was great today with helping me switch my car insurance policy to a new car. She explained all of the different coverage in terms I could understand. We had a couple laughs and she got the info to me about my new policy extremely fast. I have used this group for 5 years now and it has been great. I have been with Spalding Insurance for over 11 years now. They have always been there for me whether it’s about checking rates every year or needing a quote before purchasing a vehicle. I recently sent John a text on a Saturday thinking he would get back to me on Monday but he answered me within 5 mins and gave my daughter her quote. We then purchased the vehicle 4 days later sent him a text telling him it was a done deal and again within 5 mins, her new car was added and she had new cards via email. I want to give a huge shout out to Sara Chandler-Banks. She stayed on the phone with me step-by-step to file my claim and then after the conference call with the adjuster she stayed on the phone and walked me through the additional steps to insure my personal belongings. She was not only very professional, she was extremely polite and she very educated in her knowledge of how the insurance process works. It’s staff like Sara that keeps me with Spalding Insurance!! I just recently purchase home owners and switched my auto insurance to SIG. Chris Clark did a amazing job getting policies quoted and over the same day I called. Any time I have emailed I’ve always received a quick response, as well as leaving me his personal number. Call me old fashioned, but the fact that SIG is local and I can talk to my agent face to face was a huge selling point for me....more importantly not only did I get a great competitive rate on my home owners he saved me a TON of money on my auto!
