LACI was very friendly. Took plenty of time with me to explain my coverage amounts and what everything specifically covers. VERY PATIENT. Was here for about 2 hours adjusting coverage amounts and different add on coverages to see price differences. Highly recommend. They saved me about $50 from previous provider Farmers. I did go from 50/100 with Farmers to 25/50 with Allstate, but that's cause Farmers wouldn't let me go any lower with Rideshare. Plus I also have a few more add ons with Allstate that I didn't get with Farmers.

Normally I don't leave reviews for big corporations like this, but Gaby Valle from this All-State office deserves it! They reached out to me seemingly out of the blue, right when I had started feeling unhappy with my previous car insurance after moving and having my quotes raised a ridiculous amount. Gaby was able to get me a quote saving me over a hundred on monthly payment, made sure to walk me through the coverages, and even provided multiple quotes to show differences depending on what options I chose to help me choose the right coverages and payment options. I had been with my previous insurance company for quite a few years already and certainly had an enjoyable run with them but I decided to look at some options to see if I can find something a bit more affordable, since my current company could not do so and after reaching out to the Tom Prince Allstate office and speaking pleasantly with my now friend Gaby, she was able to accommodate me well into a new policy at a fairly lower rate. I was contacted by Chase Dessauer from Allstate giving me a free quote, the quote was actually a little less than what I had already paid for insurance with a different company. Chase then went on to get me some renters insurance for $10 dollars more which only equated to $6 dollars more than what I paid so I switched. He went on to make the transition seamlessly for me, cancelled my previous insurance so there wasn’t a lapse, took my payment information and recommended drivewise. I saved even more money. Yhara was so helpful and patient, She went over all my options and overages, I thought full coverage is full coverage, but there is limits, I'm so grateful Tom Prince and his crew took the time to explain the different coverage and we were able to make an informed decision. They were not pushy, they gave me a quote with different coverage so that I could compare with other companies, and we decided to go with Tom Prince Agency they were by far the cheapest by like 20 + percent.
