I HIGHLY recommend Cheryl Hasson State Farm! I moved to Las Vegas from Florida last month and started calling local, nearby State Farm offices the day after I got here, as I knew I wouldn't be able to get my Nevada driver's license or register my car here (or do anything else, really) until I transferred my automobile insurance to a Nevada agent. I got voicemail at the first two offices and left messages (one never called me back, and the other didn't call me back until almost a week later). Cheryl Hasson State Farm was the third call, and they started helping me immediately! They took care of everything and followed up with me multiple times with status updates by phone and text. Jody, Jordan and other staff I spoke with are all super friendly, very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful, and they had everything worked out and my temporary automobile insurance card to me in just a few days so that I was able to get my NV driver's license and register my car here just over a week after my arrival, and it was all done over the phone. I know I don't "know" these people, and I haven't even met any of them in person yet, but I feel like I know them because of how they've treated me and helped me so readily, effectively and efficiently and kept me informed every step of the way, and they've made my transition to becoming a Nevada resident so much easier and less stressful than I could have ever thought possible!

They jacked up my rates and not to get into too many details, left me in a bind for coverage on a new property THE DAY i was supposed to close escrow. Rocio Rodriguez has been my agent for about a year and two months now. In that time, she has always been attainable and quick to respond. She knows her job, and can answer any question you may have. In fact, if you sent 1000 emails in one day, you would receive 1000 back. Even more, when I needed State Farm for an insurance claim and roadside assistance, bam, no questions, no hassles, and they call you when it's all over to see if you were satisfied. When my car was scratched and needed $800 in repair, State Farm contacted a very reputable auto body shop and had a rental car reserved for me within an hour. I went down, dropped my car off, got the rental car, went back in a couple of days, and finalized the deal. This is ALL with no hassle. And Rocio represents that to me. I have referred several people to Rocio without hesitation. I know what I'm getting. If you are looking for a fantastic Insurance Agent, this State Farm office has them. For me, I wouldn't trade Rocio for any other agent. When you say you can trust your agent, you are saying a lot. So, I'm saying a lot. Rocio, if you guys see your own reviews, thank you! Update: I want to give, yet, another huge thanks to Rocio AND Cheryl Hasson. Rocio is always amazing. This time around, Rocio was unavailable, and Cheryl Hasson, herself, stepped in without missing a beat. I needed to change rental car companies, and that is generally done by contacting the agent directly handling my claim. I couldn't remember who it was, so Cheryl said she would find out and call me back with the information. Five minutes later, Cheryl called; instead of giving me the name of the agent handling my claim, Cheryl had already handled everything, and I was good to go. Five minutes! It's no surprise anymore, just a pleasure. So many thanks. If you are looking for affordable auto/home insurance and the most complete, authentic, considerate, professional care, Cheryl Hasson State Farm Insurance is unbeatable. Maybe there is someplace out there with similar qualities--MAYBE--but there won't be a place that is better.

My vehicle was recently involved in a huge accident about a week and a half ago, resulting in my vehicle being a total loss. Was able to file the claim completely online, vehicle picked up and inspected within a day. Not only that but the same day was inspected received a call from both State Farm and Cheryl herself, very wonderful and caring, was able to close out and finalize my claim. 2 short days later total loss income was directly deposited into my account.
