In 1997, I purchased auto insurance and Rahvy took care of my policy, always answered questions and the staff was amazing. After many years, I found myself making the decision to stay with my carrier since 1997 or take my business to another provider as Rahvy was no longer with the carrier. I gave them an honest try and the level of customer service just wasn't the same. While searching for another carrier, decided to give State Farm a try and found Rahvy as an agent there and placed my business with them. I actually left State Farm for a number of years, through no fault of theirs and decided recently to go back and still the same amazing level of service and commitment to their customers over a 20 year period!! The service representatives even called to wish me a happy birthday annually and checked to see if I needed anything when I wasn't a customer.
