I’ve known Shane since 2001 and service has always been great. As an insurance broker, he is able to shop around for the best deal that’s fits your situation, while customer service never suffers. He and his employees are always available to answer questions and go above and beyond to help with any and every part of the transaction. Voicemails, emails, or texts are always returned in a timely fashion, and transactions are taken care of. I recommend him and every one of his employees to anyone and everyone if the conversation comes up.

So 5 years ago I needed to get workmans comp insurance quickly to secure a work contract. It was a Saturday and oddly within 30 seconds of knowing I need insurance I look up and a pickup truck with a BURNS FAMILY INSIRANCE sign with phone number is a in front of me at the stop light. I call immediately expecting to leave a message. But instead Ron Rhodes answers and has quotes for me before the day is out and my policy declaration page sent to the contactor by midday Monday. Today I currently have 5 policies for my various needs. Im not a very organized person and Christine knows that so she always emails me when I have a payment coming up. Such a help!! It sounds funny but I consider the people that help me with my insurance my friends because well.....they are!!

Now let me say before this I had never had my own insurance so I was completely green on the subject. I had so many questions and if I agitated her in any way, she never showed it. Her patience and professionalism is something that I rarely come across these days. She went above and beyond to explain things to me that I didn't even know to ask about. On top of that, the rate that I ended up getting was lower than I expected. I didn't feel jipped and I didn't feel pressured into buying anything.
