I requested a quote online and because more information was needed from me to get an accurate quote, I was sent an email which gave me the name and phone number of Ms. Maria Romero. Ms. Romero was professional, polite, articulate and knowledgeable. She asked me some questions, answered my questions and was able to give me a quote within minutes. My 9 yr. old son (Blocky the Blockman/Minecraft enthusiast...his gamer tag is attached to my email so I can monitor him) had just tested positive for covid-19. My mind was going in every different direction. She was compassionate, kind and paitient. She explained everything and even answered questions that I couldn't think to ask.
