My experience with Brandon "Jake" Jacobs State Farm has been the best State Farm Agency I have ever dealt with. The staff in the office are both very polite and friendly. Paige Baird is my go to person and she has gone above and beyond to help me. She explains things very professionally and suggest things I might be interested in that I never thought of. Paige has been so helpful with all of my car insurance needs! She helped me insure my old Honda, and while I was shopping for my new car she gave me as many quotes as I asked for for each hypothetical purchase! When I finally settled on the car that I wanted, she helped me via email and phone to get every single detail worked out within just a few minutes for me to drive off the lot with full coverage. This in spite of the fact that the date I finally settled on the car was completely random AND the car wasn't even one of the ones she originally gave me a quote for. Not only that, but my insurance with both of my cars was a good deal less than it had been with my previous provider. When I decided I didn't want to Drive Safe and Save anymore -because let's be honest, I run late to work MOST of the time- the cost of my insurance did not change any significant amount then either. She makes things easy for me, even calling me at my work number to give me my quote if she knows I'm out of pocket on my cell. I plan to go through Paige and State Farm for all of my insurance needs in the years to come!

This agency has the best employees and owner ever. My husband has been with this agency for years and although we have had some hick ups, they were diligent in resolving them. I am big on accountability and they know that. If the error is on their end, they research it and take action. Who doesn't love that about a company!!!!! 😃 They are professionals, but they make you feel like family. Jake and Paige (Susan) are absolutely the best. Paige is a sweetheart and she goes above and beyond to resolve any issues. We love them so much that we introduced our parents to them for insurance.
